Idia woke up feeling lighter than before, as if a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. He gets dressed in his usual uniform, hoping today would be another normal day at school. However, the memory of last night's activities still haunted him.

Standing up from his seat, he gathered his belongings hurriedly, eager to escape the confines of the crowded cafeteria and the ‘temptress’ sitting aside from him. "See you later, then," he mumbled, rushing out of the dining hall, leaving behind a trail of confused looks and whispers among the male students who had witnessed their strange exchange. In their mind, it was odd to see the ignihyde dorm leader talk to anyone, much less a girl.

The screen flickered to life, revealing the dark and twisted world where demons and monsters roamed freely, waiting for unsuspecting victims. The game began, the camera panning over the desolate town of Hollowheart, where darkness seemed to permeate every corner. The voice of the demonic narrator echoed throughout the empty streets.

After transferring to St. Diavolo's Academy—an elite institution for those gifted with intellectual abilities, under the church’s order, or main protagonists has to face demons disguised as humans in turn by turn battle, collecting cards and items to use during said battles. Another main plot point is that the protagonists will encounter 7 demon sisters, all based on the seven princes of hell. Their names are Lucia, Maria, Odette, Levi, Beatrice, Scarlet and Belle.

A battle between the protagonists and one of the sisters, will go along those lines:

Depending on the sister the numbers of battle stage will differentiate. For example you’ll first encounter Belle in the storyline, she’ll only have two battle stages, one wave of henchman to battle then a versus between her and the protagonists. On the other hand, you’ll have to face 7 waves of henchmen before battling Lucia herself, as she is the last and strongest of all the sisters. Another component of the game is that when encountering one of the first sisters you’ll be force into battle, but after losing to one at least once, you’ll be able to skip the battle and report it for later. (You still have to defeat all of them).

Pomefiore "Pop culture was in art now art's in pop culture in me."- I like to think each Pomefiore student has some form of creativity in them and they all would pursue it through hard work to have it in the image that they see fit. A song that I see fit this dorm (one of the reasons being because its freaking Lady Gaga) because everyone here wants to get recognition by showing their own kind of beauty.

Ignihyde "Looking to the ways of the ones before me, looking for the path of the young and lonely."- A dorm that revolves around updating and improving on pre-existing things so that it becomes more stronger and something to better even more so for the next gen of starry-eyed students. Though with their diligent work, it's not shock that this dorm is the most introverted out of all. Mostly focusing and tending to themselves with one another. (Another reason why I chose this song is because its from Wreck it Ralph with the tech and all)

Diasomnia "Tell you you're the greatest but once you turn, they hate us."- I could list a lot of why I chose this song for Diasomnia but generally, it's about the main theme which is...well, enemies. It even says on the wiki, that they have a track record of having students with a lot of magical capabilities. What should have been a relaxing night of playing video games with Idia had turned into him, spending the night with y/n in the infirmary, he had brought them when they had fainted upon arriving at his dorm room in Ingihyde. As y/n slept peacefully, Idia couldn’t help but frown as he observed the dark circles underneath their eyes. They were worse than the ones he would have after a late night gaming session.

It had spoken volumes that as soon as y/n’s head made contact with the pillow, they were out like a light.

Idia was angry. Not at y/n. But at the headmaster. What was going through that head of his that he thought working y/n to the point of exhaustion was okay?! Not to mention that this was most likely the first night in weeks that they would get a full night of sleep. Instead of the headmaster giving them some sort of impossible task that would most likely take up so much of their time.

This wasn’t right.

Idia vowed that something like this would never happen again.

Malleus’ frown deepened as he observed y/n as they yawned for the fourth time. Normally, they would be listening and asking many questions about the different types of gargoyles, or they would just talk about their day in general.

It was something that they both looked forward to.

To be able to vent and get all of their frustrations out without fear of being judged or to be made to feel like they were complaining.

He watched as y/n took a step forward but then they began to sway, Malleus was grateful for his fast reflexes, he managed to catch them.

"M-Malleus? I-I'm…"

"Exhausted beyond belief. You need to rest."

"But the headmaster…"

Malleus felt his respect for the Headmaster dwindle bit by bit.

"Don't worry about him." Malleus effortlessly picked them up in a bridal style. "Focus on getting the rest you need."

"Thank you."

"Anything for you, y/n."

Leona had never felt such fear in his life than when he saw his herbivore about to faint during Vargas’ class. He had never moved so fast in his life. Holding them in his arms, Leona refused to let y/n go.

He would take them to the nurse.

And would be having words with the headmaster soon.

It was one thing if they had been given one or two tasks, but to juggle so many things at once up to the point they were being overworked? Leona wouldn’t stand for it.

“Don’t worry, herbivore. You just get all the rest you need.”

"Vil, I'm sorry. I didn't want you to worry."

"Oh love, I'm not angry at you." Vil assured y/n, his perfect y/n who despite being so exhausted from doing all kinds of tasks for Headmaster Crowley, wanted to accompany him to a photoshoot. "I'm worried for you."

"You need your rest." He gently traced the dark circles underneath their eyes. "You were literally about to collapse if I hadn't caught you." He pulled his hand away and gestured to them to lay down on the couch in his dressing room, after their shoes were off.

"Is this really okay?"

"Of course. You deserve to relax." He followed their gaze to their phone. "And don't even think about answering that if it rings."

"But, the Headmaster-"

"Will be getting a piece of my mind." He promised. "Now." He covered them with a throw blanket that was soft and of the highest quality which had been on the chair in front of his vanity. "Get some sleep and I'll come and check on you in a little bit, okay?"

"Okay."

"Good." Vil briefly kissed them. "Sweet dreams.”

It was rare for Kalim to skip out on a party that was happening in Scarabia, but this was a good reason. He couldn't enjoy the party. Not without y/n.

It just wouldn't be right.

The party was still going without the both of them, which he had insisted on, while he escorted y/n to his room so they could rest. It was clear that they were dead on their feet and looked as if they hadn't gotten a good night's sleep in weeks.

And they had almost fainted. Twice. Despite reassuring him that they were fine.

They weren't fine though.

He didn't blame y/n. How could he? It wasn't their fault. The blame went to the headmaster.

He didn't have to give y/n so many tasks to do.

They were going to burn out at this rate! Either the headmaster knew or just didn't care.

He would figure out what to do later, but right now he was going to make sure that y/n was taken care of.

In the VIP room of the Mostro Lounge, Azul briefly looked up from his new contracts and looked over at the couch where y/n, his precious Angel fish was getting some well deserved rest.

Earlier, they had finally confessed that they weren’t as fine as they pretended to be.

How tired they were.

How keeping up with the tasks from the headmaster, keeping an eye out for Grim, cleaning up Ramshackle, and the schoolwork was too much and they were close to burning out.

It was a miracle that they had made it to Octavinelle with how utterly exhausted they were.

His angel fish deserved to be treated as an equal.

And with this updated contract, Azul was making sure that something like this would never happen again.

For once, as he found himself reassuring y/n, his precious rose that it was fine with him, if they could spend the night with him, since they didn’t want to sleep alone. Riddle found himself not really caring about the rules.

In the soft glow of the lamp on the nightstand next to his bed, Riddle observed y/n.

They looked so peaceful while they slept. It spoke volumes to how tired they were.

They had to deal with so much.

And they pretended to be fine, completing the tasks that the headmaster had given them, no matter how much sleep they lost. And no matter how exhausted they were.

Wasn’t the headmaster supposed to help them?

It seemed like he was pushing the things he didn’t want to do onto them. And that wasn’t right.

Riddle was determined to help his rose, just like how they had helped him.

And if he decided to start by letting them sleep in, taking extra notes for them in class, and covering for them whenever someone asked where they were?

Well, no one else had to know.

Heartslabyul

Riddle: Gets extremely flustered yet happy. You are putting so much trust in him to keep you safe during your snooze and he takes that very seriously. Goes stone still, could be in the most uncomfortable position known to man and will still deal with it until you wake up. RIP anyone that wakes you up they will be losing their head for a while.

Trey: Gets a soft smile on his face. If you fall asleep while riding him he'll carefully bend forward slightly so you're at a more comfortable angle. He'll stay still for the most part but occasionally walk around to create a soothing rocking motion.

Cater: Also gets a soft smile on his face. He'll do his best to make sure you're laying on his body because he's warm and soft. Checks on you every now and then. Plays with your hair if he can reach.

Ace: Wing blanket wing blanket wing blanket. You'll probably end up using his chest as a pillow so he keeps you warm with his wings. Will preen your hair gently with a big smile.

Deuce: He is so honored and his love for you has increased tenfold. Goes stone stiff and growls loudly at anyone who dares to disturb your slumber. Will make a rumbling purr every so often.

Savannaclaw

Leona: Anyone who tries to get near will be given a death glare and a pointy teeth filled snarl. Nobody is allowed near while he's on guard. You are warm and safe with him. If you sleep first he will not be sleeping. Instincts man, instincts. His love for you grows immensely and he will make sure you have a peaceful rest. Might start grooming you if you're in reach of his tongue.

Ruggie: His smile is so big and his tail is going crazy. You'll wake up to a yeen staring at you with absolute love in his eyes. He makes sure you're as comfy as possible and hums a soothing tune.

Jack: The first time it happens you won't be asleep for long his tail is going to make his whole body shake from the force. He is so mad at himself and doesn't even try to hide it. Give him some pats to let him know it's alright and snuggle back in for another go. This time and from then on his tail won't be a bother. It was just because this was the first time he was caught off guard. Another that growls at nap waking offenders.

Octavinelle

Azul: Internally screaming. He has a huge blush on his face and is so glad you can't see it. You will wake up in a gentle entanglement of tentacles to a singing octopus running his hands through your hair and rubbing you back. Does his best to keep you nice and warm. Disturbances get smacked. Hard.

Jade: On that outside he looks the same. On the inside he's got fireworks going off with kazoos in the background. It's not often he finds someone willing to sleep in his presence due to his unsettling presence and to have his master do so paves that way for him letting down his mask around them. Wraps his tail around you and plays with your hair. Any with the balls to approach get traumatized by his glare.

Floyd: Gets uncharacteristically calm. Like Jade he's got fireworks and kazoos but as much as he wants to squeeze you he waits until you wake up. Floyd is lucky you were willing to adopt him alongside his twin despite his chaotic nature and this lets him know you don't secretly regret it. Hugs you close and hums while playing with your hair. Also traumatizes disturbances with a glare.

Scarabia

Kalim: Like Floyd he becomes super calm and quiet. Growing up in a big household he knows very well how nice it is to have someone you can cuddle up with for a nap and not worry about them waking you. Loves when you hug his tail, he'll let out a happy giggle.

Jamil: Literal hearts in his eyes. You are not going anywhere anytime soon when you wake this is one of the few moments Jamil will demand to be spoiled right then and there. First you rescued him for that godawful home and now this? His loyalty is yours forever.

Pomefiore

Vil: There's a slight blush on his face as he moves your hair out of your eyes. You don't treat him like an untouchable beauty (in fact that’s quite the opposite you’re always petting him please be mindful of the hair and fur) and spoil him with actual genuine praise and love. His heart is about to explode. Already thinking about what he wants to do for you to say 'I love you'.

Rook: Also gets literal hearts in his eyes. He's so happy you graced him with such an honor and takes his job very seriously. One of the very few times he growls at others. He watches you sleep, nothing but absolute adoration and gentleness in them.

Epel: Ego boost of the century. He is gonna protect your nap with his life. He can't growl or hiss but he will bare his fangs at any who dare come close. You will wake up to a happy antler bunny demanding pets and kisses for a reward.

Ignihyde

Idia: Hair is a bright pink and mouth a big toothy smile. This is the moment he starts to feel genuine love towards you. Makes sure everything is perfect as can be while you nap. Might reach back to play with your hair. Gives a warning nicker to anyone that dares to interrupt your nap. The really ballsy ones get chased away by a small fireball.

Ortho: Has a huge grin on his face and look of triumph. Takes his duty very seriously, no warnings from him you just get chased by a fireball. Will spend the whole nap trying to reach a blanket juuust out of reach because what if you catch get sick from laying on his cold body? Reward him with pets and forehead kisses he’s such a good boy.

Diasomnia

Malleus: You are in the safest spot in the whole world the moment your eyes close. He notices immediately and spares no time getting you to maximum comfort. Uses magic to levitate you between his forearms, summons your favorite blanket and pillow, and makes the room the perfect temperature just for you. His gaze is filled with nothing but love and adoration as he watches you snooze, humming a tune as his fingers massage your back. Anyone who has the courage to try and wake you gets teleported outside and locked out until you awaken.

Lilia: Gives you a soft smile and look as you drift away. Gently picks you up and brings you to your bed so he can watch over you from above. If he can’t he’ll lay on his back and cover you with his wings instead. Sings a tune while you dream away. No one tries to wake you. One look from the old fae and they are immediately doing a 180 out the room no thank you sir.

Silver: Oh mah gwad he goes from sleepy prince charming to ultra serious guard in a snap. Your blanket is his tail and his side is your pillow. When his eyes are on you they are filled with hearts and gaze is the softest of them all. When there’s an intruder they become murderous and terrifying he got it from his pops.

Sebek: Puffs out his chest with pride and takes the job super ultra mega seriously. Anything in reach that will increase your comfort is used to its full potential. You will wake up to find yourself in a makeshift nest and a happy crocodile man greeting you asking if your nap was excellent. Like some of the others this is probably the moment he begins to feel genuine love for you and becomes more open around you. Please call him a good boy you will not regret it I promise.

Bonus

Che’nya: Purring immediately a kitty cat lullaby to block out any noise. His tail curls around you and he’s humming a tune to go with his purrs. Unless someone is able to find you without their eyes you won’t be awoken his unique magic especially comes in handy for nap time. If you are found he scares the unwanted guests with some little tricks he’s saved for occasions just like this.

Cheka: He puffs out his chest, ready to prove he’s more than capable to protect his master! He crosses his arms across his chest and straightens up ready to scare away all enemies of your glorious nap! But your body heat feels nice, and your scent always puts him at ease. Maybe closing his eyes for a minute will help wake him up…
