THE COZIEST ONE
Seriously, for me, home means comfort and warmth. It also means being close to nature and the mountains. I imagine a typical alpine house with wooden floors and small carvings in spruce wood. For me, home also means the scent of warm broth, honey and milk, or freshly baked bread.

Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients:
1 spaghetti squash

It was a wonderful day. I woke up again at five to study for two hours. It's beautiful to see the dawn turning into day, with herons gliding over the stream beneath the forested mountains of my village. It was also a nice day with my parents; I connected well with them and helped with household chores. A friend of mine stopped by to give me the paper I had asked him to print, and I thanked him by giving him some homemade pie. In the evening, I went for a hike up a hill, and on my way back home, I stopped to talk with some very kind locals. Now I'm listening to the call of the Ural owl (a male's cry) and the owls that live in the chestnut and oak trees above the village - it's magical.

Arrange layers: half of the sauce, followed by ravioli, then beef, and cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients, keeping cheese last. Set crockpot to high for 3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours. For the stove, combine all but cheese in a large skillet, add water, boil then simmer. On the stove, once simmered, spread cheese on top, let sit covered for melting. For the oven, preheat to 350°F, layer minus one cheese top, bake then add final cheese bake again.

Weighed myself today I have lost 3lbs since before I went on holiday! Very surprising as I ate on holiday unless it was all the walking bringing my weight down! Quite happy but not happy enough wish it was 10lbs😩
