Asking specifically bc of Malleus cause I can't tell anymore if he has any more new cards bc HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A 100 DISNEY ANIVERSARY CARD IN THE WIKI I USE 😭

Like compared to everyone else in Disanomia, he has 12 cards (in the wiki I use) and then Lilia has 17 cards 💀

Cause I think Malleus has a Bean's Day card as well, but that could just be a fanmade one, I don't have JP twst nor ENG twst anymore so I can't confirm it myself urhghrhevw 🫠

Malleus doesn't have a Beans Day card, so that would've been fanmade! and the 100 anniversary cards are actually the new round of birthday cards, so most of the characters don't have 'em yet -- Malleus should be getting his in a couple of days, when his birthday event starts! oh god my keeeeeys

I think the wiki.gg stays pretty up to date? it looks to me like they have everything that's currently up through JP, at least. :O I did go through and do a quick count just because I couldn't believe Malleus only had 12 cards, but. he really does have the least...defeated only by Silver with 13...astonishing. we need his gargoyle club wear immediately.

When the twisted wonderland anime comes out what are the things you hope they do better then what they could do in the game?

To quickly clarify a few things (so new readers and anyone stumbling across this post doesn't get the wrong idea): firstly, we do not yet have any confirmation on what the Twisted Wonderland anime will be about. Secondly, I have previously expressed that I would prefer the TWST anime to be random slice of life rather than another main story adaptation. If we assume that the anime will be another adaptation of the main story, I don't think the anime staff has a ton of liberty in the alterations they can make to the source material. Book 2 is widely known to be the greatest example of Bad Writing in TWST, and it cannot exactly be swept under the rug since it's in the main story. I doubt anyone would be allowed to make massive rewrites to the script or to the series of events; the biggest changes we get are slightly compacted scenes in the manga and the light novel. For example:

Skipping lines that appear in the game. (Ex: in the Book of Heartslabyul, Ace does not joke about sharing a room with Yuuken.)

Combining scenes to save on time. (Ex: In the light novel, Yuuya and Deuce meet Leona for the first time not in the Botanical Garden, which is the case in the game. Instead, the mob student that broke the eggs meant for Ace's apology chestnut tart is a Savanaclaw kid that Leona shows up to reprimand.)

Adding slight details to fill in logical gaps. (Ex: Yuuya in the light novel is granted a NRC uniform by Crowley; the uniform is described to us, the readers. Yuu getting a uniform is never mentioned in the game.)

Continuing from the last point, new details can also serve to flesh out character motivations, backstories, and lore. (Ex: the Heartslabyul light novel informs us that Riddle faces social repercussions for his OB and almost got expelled from school; the Savanaclaw light novel sheds new light on Leona's motivations, and the same can be said of Riddle.)

So basically, the story (again, if the anime does end up following the plot of the main story) would be the same. What would make the anime different from the manga, game, and light novel is largely the medium in which it is presented. I have talked about this at length in a number of older posts, but here is one example of how the manga, uses visual storytelling (as it is primarily a visual medium). A manga chapter is usually limited in length due to it being physically printed and shared in a magazine alongside other manga; there is therefore a constraint on how long-winded it can be, and its limited pages must be used effectively. We need to think about the strengths and the weaknesses of each individual medium and how those strengths and weaknesses affect how it might slightly change how TWST I presented.

An anime is able to incorporate animation with sound in a 20ish minute time slot to tell a tale. It gets the same benefits of the game, but far more freedom of movement. There is, however, also a time constraint to be considered. One complaint TWST often gets is that despite half of its core gameplay (I'm not going to count reading as gameplay) being rhythm games, the music the game has is NOT memorable. While the anime most likely won't have a ton of original songs, I hope that it can at least creatively incorporate some of TWST's scores as background tracks to fun scenes and make them more enjoyable that way. The anime will also be able to... well, be animated!! We won't get just a static screen where a maximum of three characters are crammed onto the screen at once staring back at you. It's okay to have in the game to save on time and budget, but you have to admit it does get boring to look at after a while. But with an anime production, we can get exciting lighting and camera angles that result in cool animation! I hope that this will really help the TWST characters' stories come to life on the screen ^^ One scene in particular that I hope the anime will adapt well is the VDC/SDC performances of RSA and NRC. The game tells us that RSA's performance is clumsy and amateurish, but it still managed to capture people's hearts. The game also tells us that NRC was not able to perform at their maximum capacity because they were already physically worn down from dealing with OB Vil. I want to see these descriptions actually be realized on screen (the Rhythmic/Twistune alone isn't enough), as it could help us better judge and have an enhanced understanding of the situation. I know a lot of fans who, to this very day, still feel that NRC was cheated of the win and shouldn't have lost to such a lackluster performance from RSA, so I'm hoping that a fully animated version might give us more perspective.

Oh my goodness! I’m so touched that you like my writings and I’m thrilled to write a fic for you. In all honesty, the book selection actually serves as the character selection, but since I didn't clearly indicate that int he even, I've written two fics for you. One for Silver and one for the book you chose. The one for Silver is below (which was written and edited while I listened to “Entendez-Vous” by Cécile Corbel, but I’ll make sure to link the other one to you as well! Happily Ever After - Silver

Type: Female reader/ fluff/ romance implied/ charming fairytale/ isekai

I had to give it to the enchanted book I'd been sucked into; I had been given a very simple role. Find the lost prince and return him to his home so he could save the land from the rule of an evil witch.

It was a pretty basic fairytale plot, and I could only hope that finishing the story would result in me going back to Twisted Wonderland. If it didn’t, I really didn’t know what I could do other than place all of my hopes in Silver.

After all, he had been in the room with me when I’d opened the enchanted book that had, quite literally, pulled me into its story.

I scrambled up onto a rock, glancing around in search of some place that looked even vaguely like where I thought a lost prince might hide or be hidden.

To be honest, I fully suspected that he’d been locked away more so than he had been lost, since that seemed far more in line with what I’d expect from a fairytale about a supposedly lost prince.

But then, this particular fairytale had already surprised me in that there was a dude in distress with a lady savior rather than the usual damsel with a male hero. But then, I quite possibly wasn’t actually the hero of this story like I’d been thinking I was.

But no matter exactly what my role was, I was the one attempting to find the lost royal that the country was counting on to save the day.

I felt my eyebrows lift as I spied a shadowy castle that wasn’t terribly far from where I currently stood and did look almost exactly like what I’d expect from a place where a royal in distress would be kept.

I nodded slightly to myself before setting off, my pace fairly leisurely as I made my way towards the dark castle that looked like it had seen better days.

I almost smiled as I noticed the bats fluttering around the towers that stretched up towards the sky. A nice, almost gothic touch to the overall villainous aesthetic of the castle.

What made the place even better from my point of view was that the massive gate was open, and I had no difficulty getting in. In fact, I quite literally just walked into the place.

I did have to admit, though, that the fact that I’d gotten in so easily did beg the question of why this lost prince hadn’t simply escaped or come home on his own?

There was, of course, the possibility that I’d wholly misunderstood this situation and that I was dealing with a runaway prince rather than a hostage situation.

A runaway prince who was plot-ordained to save the country would make for an interesting tale, though it certainly wouldn’t be that of your typical fairytale.

More of a subversion than anything.

I frowned slightly as I walked around the seemingly abandoned castle that looked like it was steadily crumpling into nothing.

It was the sort of place Malleus would like, but that hardly helped my current dilemma.

Because if this prince was a runaway, he would probably be hiding from me. But if he were instead a hostage, like I’d initially suspected, then the first place I’d look would be in the dungeons or the tallest tower.

I glanced up at the towers, grimacing slightly at the thought of going into the mass of rocks that looked like they were about to collapse the very second a wind blew through.

I paused in my survey of the castle, though, feeling my eyebrows arch as I caught sight of a door that looked far heftier than any of the others. And it wasn’t just that either; that section of the castle also seemed far sturdier than the rest.

I rolled my shoulders and braced my hands on the dark wood before pushing, only for nothing to happen, causing me to frown at the weight of the door.

I inhaled deeply, though, and leaned fully into my shove as I dug in with my heels. I breathed through my motions as I slowly started walking forward, pushing the door open slowly but surely before I stumbled to a stop and looked up into the room beyond. 

It was mostly dim, with only a bit of sunlight filtering in through the damaged roof above and spotlighting a single area on the dais. But otherwise, it looked wholly uninhabited, and no one was obviously hiding in it either.

I hesitated, though, frowning as I listened closely to a distant sound that slowly became clearer until I could identify it. Footsteps.

I glanced around, my eyes searching for the person, until a figure became visible as it approached the dais.

I felt my eyes widen as he stepped into the light that made his pale hair shine in perfect opposition to the darkness that was all around.

And he looked like a perfect prince. A dark uniform with silver epaulets and a sword hanging at his side. It was almost like I was looking at a picture out of a storybook, and I blinked up at him, hardly believing my eyes as my words failed me.

At odds with my speechlessness, he spoke in an almost tired tone, “Y/n… I wondered where you were.” 

I blinked, almost like I was snapping out of a spell at the sound of his soft voice, and my voice returned to me, “You’re the lost prince??”

I openly gaped up at him, but I couldn’t help but be shocked that all of this time I’d been looking for him. Somehow, it seemed oddly fitting. I had gotten the strange sensation that I’d been searching for him my entire life before, but I’d always shaken it off and refused to ask him if he’d ever had that same sensation.

Despite my surprise, Silver was just like he always was. Utterly stoic and seemingly unbothered as he nodded at me. 

I could only assume he’d gotten used to his role in this book just I like had, but I still found myself walking towards him with surprise still rolling through me, “You got sucked into the book too?”

It was another rather obvious question, but if he was bothered, he certainly didn’t show it. Instead, he just nodded before calmly walking down the stairs and meeting me in the middle of the room.

“Have you been in this place the whole time?” I found myself scanning him for injuries or anything else of the sort, but he seemed wholly unharmed.

“Yes, this castle seems to be cursed to keep from leaving,” He explained calmly, turning and walking over to the still open door only to be stopped short of exiting by a wall that shimmered into place.

I had been right. He wasn’t a runaway prince at all. He was being held hostage, no doubt by the witch that was currently ruling the country.

I felt myself frown as he stepped backwards, causing the wall to disappear once more as he turned to look back at me.

On the bright side, I now knew why it had been so easy for me to get into this place. But on the down side, I had no idea how to get him off here if this castle was specifically enchanted to keep him in.

And to make matters worse, if I couldn’t get him out, then we were stuck just in here, but in this story, and since he was in here, no one back in Twisted Wonderland would know where we were.

But then, I also didn’t know if finishing this story would get us out. For all I knew, we might be trapped in an endless rotation of the same story over and over again.

I glanced over at Silver before walking over to join him by the open door, “Do you know if finishing the story will get us out of this book?”

I watched him closely and prayed he knew the answer, only to sigh as he shook his head, a slight frown of his own appearing on his face, “No. I’d heard of enchanted books from Father, but he never mentioned how one got out of such a book.”

I watched him silently for a moment before inhaling and turning my gaze back to the door, “Well, working with the idea that finishing the story will get us out. We have to get you out of this castle first.”

I paused, glancing back his way before I continued, “Do you know anything about the curse on this place that’s keeping you inside?”

Again, I was desperately hoping he did because, despite all of the information I had received the very moment I’d woken up in this tale, none of it had anything about cursed castles.

A smile briefly flickered across Silver’s face as he nodded, shifting slightly to better face me, “Yes, ‘Only through the help of another who truly cares can the lost prince escape his home of old.’”

He spoke like he was reciting something, though I didn’t know. Perhaps a prophecy his character came pre-downloaded with or something.

I felt myself frown as I echoed his words, “‘His home of old’?? Was this the old royal castle or something?”

Silver shook his head, the motion disturbing his hair so that it was laying more like it usually did rather than the way it had been carefully placed beforehand.

I let out a hum, abandoning my questions about this story’s plot in favor of focusing on the rest of what Silver had said.

Only through the help of another who truly cares.

It sounded suspiciously like an explanation for how to break a curse since most fairytales usually include some sort of way to save cursed individuals.

Though, admittedly, that usually involved a kiss. A thought that had me avoiding looking at Silver and instead staring out the open door.

After a brief moment, I glanced back over his way once more. At the very least, I did care about Silver. I had for quite some time now, even if I often did my best to avoid thinking about it in favor of not messing up the friendship we currently had.

But, since I cared, that meant that I should be able to get him out of this castle.

I smiled at him slightly and held out my hand, watching as he glanced down at my palm before he reached over and carefully took my hand in his and looked my way expectantly.

I held up our conjoined hands between us, “Trust me?”

A smile flickered across his face at my light teasing before he nodded, and I grinned, “Alright then….”

I trailed off as I lowered our hands and tightened my grip on his hand as I turned to face the door once more. I inhaled, bracing myself before taking a step forward with Silver at my side, following my motions perfectly and even matching my stride as he stepped forward with me.

And at first, there was a strange sensation of being engulfed. Almost like something was pressing in on us from all sides.

And then, as quickly as breathing, it was over, and we were outside. But we weren’t just outside the room. We were also outside the entire castle, and I found myself glancing behind us in surprise.

“I can’t believe it worked…” My words were barely muttered, but were wholly honest. I really had expected it to be harder to actually get him out of the castle.

I turned to look at Silver, only to feel myself go still as my gaze collided with his, and I saw the way he was smiling at me. With gentle fondness. Just like he had ever since I’d gotten to know him.

And though I’d already thought it, I couldn’t help but wonder at how he really was the perfect choice for a fairytale prince. Almost unfairly so.

“W- Well, I guess now all that’s left is to get you back home,” I managed a smile despite the way my voice wavered.

Something flickered in his gaze that bordered on amusement. Almost like he knew exactly what effect he had on me, but he didn’t say anything about it. Allowing me a small bit of dignity even as he squeezed my hand lightly, causing my eyes to widen as he spoke, “And to get both of us back to Twisted Wonderland.”

I blinked slightly before feeling a genuine smile stretch across my face and I nodded, “Yeah.”

I gazed at him for a brief moment longer, letting myself relax now that I wasn’t alone in this storybook and had him by my side. But then something shifted.

He noticed it at the same time I did, his gaze sharpening before he whirled. Putting me behind him as he reached over and grasped his sword.

I stepped closer to him, glancing around warily, “What's going on?”

He shook his head, his voice solemn and lacking all of the warmth it had just previously held when it had just been the two of us standing together, “I don’t know. Something’s wrong.”

His words were the only warning I was given before the world bled away into white, slowly absorbing everything else into it. The last thing I saw was Silver whirling to look back at me with a determined expression before even he disappeared from sight, and all of the whiteness that threatened to blind me turned black. 

I twitched slightly, and then my eyes flew open as I inhaled sharply.

The first thing I really registered was Sebek’s voice bellowing “HUMAN!!” as Lilia leaned over me with an amused smile.

I blinked up at the fae in alarm as he titled his head, his eyes glittering with amusement, “Looks like you both made it home just fine.”

I almost frowned in confusion as my brain fought to slowly catch up to reality before I realized that we were in the school library. I shifted before freezing as I realized something was wrapped around my waist that shifted with me.

I slowly twisted, my eyes widening as I made eye contact with Silver, who smiled at me slightly in an almost apologetic fashion as I realized what, or rather, who, I was sitting on.

“Do you know how this story ends, Malleus? It is a Briar Valley classic, after all,” Lilia’s tone was beyond amused as he spoke from behind me.

I heard Malleus hum in response as I sat, frozen in mortified embarrassment, in Silver’s lap. And somehow, Malleus’s response just made it all the worse, “Of course, how could I not? ‘And so they lived happily ever after.’”

❀ Malleus has probably never seen snow 

❀ He’s probably read about wintertime and all the other activities that come with the season

❀ So when he’s invited (he had to get over the excitement of being invited ) to ice skating, Malleus is as curious as ever to see what ice skating is all about

❀ Malleus can get on the ice

❀ The answer is, can he move on the ice?

❀ Well...

❀ He tried to. Malleus really, really tried to ice skate

❀ And he got onto the ice too, with some help from you hopefully.

❀ He did spend a bit watching others get onto the ice, just to see how they did it

❀ So, when Malleus decides to take that first step to try and move along the ice, he’s surprised when he falls backwards and slams into the ground with a loud thump

❀ It’s honestly a bit of a shock, especially when Malleus doesn’t immediately get up

❀ Sebek is panicking and worrying if his master is alright and Lilia is check first, laugh later (but he’s certainly trying to hold back his laughter)

❀ Malleus is alright, if you could call the absolutely flabbergasted look on his face okay

❀ Malleus isn’t... happy about this. Not at all. And he’s pouting now, glaring at the sky

❀ “Why did I fall?” “You might’ve been leaning too far back.” “But why would that matter?” “Balancing.” “Oh :(”

❀ Malleus is obviously not happy with how events have transpired and also upset that he fell straight on his back

❀ Despite that, he really, really wants learn how to ice skate and the determination is there. So much so, that Malleus refuses to leave until he can skate along the ice properly

❀ And when he does, Malleus is insistent on holding your hand as he, shakily, skates round the rink “like I had read once in a book”

❀ Please, please, make him put the skates on

❀ Lilia can definitely ice skate, I have no doubt about it 

❀ But... the only problem is that he refuses to put ice skates on despite the risk of being cut. 

❀ And the whole time Lilia is laughing and smiling about how it’ll be fine!

❀ Lilia, you keep almost getting your foot sliced open by another student’s skates

❀ Despite that, Lilia is still laughing and smiling about how much fun he’s having and how it’s been a while since he’s gone ice skating

❀ Watch out or he’ll still those old man stories while in the middle of the ice rink

❀ Lilia would be more than happy to be able to teach you and anyone who asks how to ice skate

❀ For both himself and everyone else around him, take him off the ice

❀ Silver has probably gone skating before. I’d like to think that Lilia took the effort to try and teach Silver how to ice skate

❀ Though, with his sleeping spells, it can get a bit risky and dangerous is he’s around others

❀ Silver definitely likes doing ice skating, but doesn’t want the trouble or risks that come with it

❀ He was quite fine with just watching by the sidelines and doing something else, like playing around in the snow or drinking some hot chocolate 

❀ But no, this year, Silver will be able to ice skate

❀ Whether he likes it or not, you and Lilia will be dragging Silver onto the ice rink

❀ And he’s worried about falling asleep on the ice, but fear not! Lilia has an idea

❀ And that idea is to have one of you (read: only you) as Silver’s support! 

❀ Even if Silver insists otherwise, Lilia insists that Silver should be able to have fun along with everyone else 

❀ And so, even with Silver’s reservations, he begins skating around, though at a slower pace

❀ Encourage him to be faster, you’ll be there right behind him

❀ Now, Silver does fall asleep a couple times and has to be carted off to the side, but a quick lay in the snow should wake him up (Lilia did that he thought it would be funny)

❀ And while Silver does feel a bit bad about interrupting your time ice skating, assure him that there’s nothing wrong 

❀ Eventually, thankfully, Silver does begin to enjoy himself, skating around the rink with graceful ease, a light smile curled on his lips

❀ Sebek has never gone ice skating before 

❀ And oh lord is he bad at it

❀ The first time Sebek got onto the ice, his legs immediately went cross leg and he almost slipped if not for grabbing onto someone nearby 

❀ Of course, he immediately apologizes, cheeks red with blush

❀ Now Sebek’s embarrassed, voice raising as he asks why in the Seven this wasn’t as easy as he thought it out to be!

❀ It looked so simple, why must it be so complicated?!

❀ Sebek will be sure to voice his frustrations, grumbling and bemoaning about the difficulty of ice skating

❀ Ace asks him why he doesn’t just got off the ice if he hates it so much

❀ No. Sebek refuses to get off the ice

❀ Sebek refuses to get off the ice until he’s mastered ice skating

❀ Ace thinks it’s absolutely stupid and Deuce is being encouraging at least

❀ And so begins a whole day of Sebek tripping over his feet

❀ He trips, he falls, he stumbles, and he’s sure to have a couple bruises on his body by day’s end. 

❀ Yet Sebek refuses to stop until he’s mastered ice skating

❀ The first time he managed to get more than two feet without falling, he made his celebration quite clear. 

❀ And it’s the most adorable thing ever seeing Sebek’s eyes light up with absolute joy at his success 

❀ Any opportunity after Sebek will want to improve on his ice skating

❀ So invite him out to ice skating again, Sebek won’t turn the opportunity down

Is there any specific movie or homeland event that you'd like to see

When I first started playing, I wanted Frollo to get a twst appearance so bad and I got my wish granted, so I don't have any other diehard desires. I also haven't watched a new Disney film since Coco came out. I'm not gonna count most of the CG ones, anyway.

I mostly echo popular wants. I would love to see a coral sea event, or a Briar Valley hometown event. I need Sebek's mom or dad to show up, their situation is really interesting. What does their home look like? I hope she's taller than he is! And I would love seeing them embarrass Sebek.

As for movies, Emperor's New Groove would be awesome, but I don't think it's likely. Would love to be proven wrong, though. Captain Hook is the last of the big villains to get an actual design and I'd like to see him. Many of the remaining films with characters I'd like to see have already been referenced, (Sword in the Stone, Robin Hood, Mulan, Peter Pan, etc) so... I dunno if that makes it more or less likely that they'll show up. I'm guessing Sword in the Stone and Robin Hood are outright not happening since enemies reminiscent of a character from those show up in book six.

I think Atlantis or Treasure Planet could be pretty cool or at least an interesting setting. But in my heart of hearts, I want...

The Black Cauldron.

All because I read a few of the books in that series to make an OC so Malleus would have someone to talk to in some chapters of From the Ashes. In the second book, where the cauldron actually appears, it's described as an evil thing itself, despite being an inanimate object. The main characters are trying to drag it across a long distance to destroy it, but it keeps getting caught on things or lodged in mud seemingly on purpose. The idea of a big pot that can't even move still managing to bully people just makes me smile.

Twisted Wonderland JP vs EN release schedule redux

Awhile back I made a post comparing the JP and EN release schedules for twst. In that post I drew a few conclusions, mainly:

1. fears about EN releasing content at a “rapid fire pace” seemed largely overblown and somewhat driven by people’s vague and soupy memories of early 2020

2. about one new summoning banner a week-ish, with two weeks for events, was always the intended pace of twst and it was probably covid that changed this (I feel pretty vindicated on this point because JP is getting 3 new SSRs this month not counting Leona’s bday)

I’ve been seeing EN called rapid fire a lot again lately because book 5 released early compared to when it did in JP. While this is true, I still feel like this is not the shakeup people are making it out to be. I still don’t feel like EN is in turbo mode.

But first, a quick correction(ish) to my last post: because exact dates and times for story releases for JP were harder for me to find than for the EN releases, I was relying mostly on the schedule of summoning events on the wiki. Someone pointed out to me that each part of Scarabia’s chapter release was broken into two, so JP got the book in smaller chunks than EN did. HOWEVER these still happened over the same days:chapter ratio as EN from what I can tell and the summoning banner for Kalim was 13 days in JP and 12 days in EN, while for Jamil it was 7 days in JP and 12 days in EN, so this doesn’t really feel like a big change to me. I am guessing Book 5 for JP was similar, so someone can fill me in there.

NOW once again, here’s the comparison, updated through Ghost Marriage (which will be Phantom Bride in EN but for now I went with Ghost Marriage for consistency).

Once again, I’m sorry it’s a picture.

So, a few interesting things here to note.

1. While we got book 5 early we got the second half of book 4 a bit late. Basically they flip-flopped book 4 pt 2 and the event that followed it, then changed it from Fairy Gala to Beans Day 2.

2. As a result we got Fairy Gala a few weeks later than JP did. Fairy Gala is also the event that breaks the “two weeks for events” rule in JP, with Ghost Marriage returning to about two weeks (I was just going off the start day and end day, going by the actual hours an event may be less/more full days than I have stated) and Wish just slightly over at 16 days.

3. We got the first joint exam a few weeks earlier, so we did get less time to prepare for it than JP. So that is kind of a bummer. But it wasn’t like we got the event months earlier or anything. We also couldn’t have GM Ace or any of the other GM cards like JP did because we’re getting GM over 40 days later.

4. We did not get the flood of individual pickups like JP did, but we got that event where you would get an exchange key for the exact SSR you wanted if you hit pity on the pickup instead, which is a much better deal assuming you have a boy you’re willing to go to pity for. Though this did not include Octavinelle pickups, which is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you’re wanting to do your scouting.

5. We got book 5 over a month early but we’re getting ghost marriage over a month late so it was a flippy-floppy kind of like book 4 pt 2 and bean’s day.

Basically the big thing to see here is that we are 158 days-ish out from server launch. In that time we have had two more story releases than JP had, the same number of large events (we just got beans 2 instead of ghost marriage), the same number of training camps, we had culinary crucibles in place of all the pickup banners JP had, and we had 1 joint exam, same as JP (just slightly earlier). While it’s true that we have gotten some content earlier or in a different order than JP, this still to me does not feel like BREAKNECK SPEED.

My point with all this is please don’t catastrophize to the point that people worry the game is going to shut down. And I guess you can log a complaint saying things are too fast if you want to but personally I would be pretty bummed if we had to wait even longer for things.

That’s just my two cents. Make of it what you will.

EDIT: also I failed to mention but do realize that we’re getting both Ace and Idia SSRs for ghost marriage when obviously that did not happen in JP. So that’s a pretty big change from the scouting side of things (if not for the event itself). This does put points in the “moving too fast” bucket.

Well, for the people who don't know yet, I'm aroace hahah I've always just been ??? about irl romance xD As for my type, can't say about irl preferences, since see above. But my types in media are usually kind/nice in some way (gap moe works well with me in this sense, with cold/grumpy who is actually sweet. But also just plain old kind and sweet). And also prince/ss-ish elegant and pretty I also like. But I feel like my type is all over the place sometimes hahah Ah, and I don't really care about their gender tbh.

Eh, not sure. I never did anything for Valentine's Day in a romantic context. I guess showing their appreciation and having a sweet gesture towards me would be enough? What ideas come from when you were little

Not sure if it means past projects that survived to this day, or just general motifs/parts of my artstyle that have made it to my present. If it's about past projects… none really, all my past OCs and stories have died some way or another 😔 My oldest OC right now, Diana, I plan to use in my new project as a supporting character, so maybe her! As for my style and such, I think the "I wanna draw pretty girls, with pretty hair and pretty outfits" of my childhood never left hahah Those are still my fav, and easiest, thing to draw~

4. Fav character/subject that’s a bitch to draw Well, there's a few like this? Idk, Ruggie and Sebek fall in this category for sure 🤔 Malleus too. And then, some of my other favs that are "manlier" from other media as well, like Xander from FE:Fates. I can't think of more like that rn, but I am working hard(?) to be able to draw muscles and manly so I can have the best of both worlds 💪😔 hahah

14. Any favorite motifs This is a bit broad for drawing 🤔 But I'd say some stuff for mine would be: pastel/soft colours, really blended shadding borders, flowy fabric with lots of details, frills, etc. and cute things. Also, I love drawing blushes, so adorable!

No zines, but I've joined oc x canon week and a couple Twisted Wonderland October events in the past (not the same both times so asklhfaslk). I also participated in a fem!twst collab in the past! And I'm active right now in the twst-charity project, does this count here?

What piece of yours do you think is underrated

TBH, any full rendered art that takes me a few days or even weeks. Those usually are the one with less interactions/appreciation 😭 (Still sad about my Epel Harveston drawing XD. Or how my van Zieks polished art got less interactions than the Susato one, which was doodle-ish with colour 😭) I mean, they're not perfect, but I put so much effort in those arts 😔 Forever sad about this topic.

For the event, may I request the dorm-leaders reaction to visiting their s/o's world with a global pandemic occuring? Like mid-lockdown and only discovering its true severity by watching the news while at their place. Also S/O is completely desensitized to all the devastation. They understand its severity. It explains their behaviour, disliking crowded areas, along with covering their nose and mouth (with a facemask or scarf) It is one of the main reasons they haven't taken them out to busy areas (Bonus if they explain that they didn't want to risk bringing the illness over to TWST)

Feel free to decline if you are uncomfy!

The pandemonium has definitely made it hard for me, as someone who has an immunity disorder. It’s one of the main reasons I had to drop out of school-

Story: The dorm leaders come to visit during an unnamed pandemic

Tw: This talks of a pandemic, but I do not name any specifics of it. If it’s too sensitive for you, please sit this one out

Pairing(s): Riddle, Leona, Azul, Kalim, Vil, Idia, Malleus x gn reader in their world during a pandemic (separate)

He was confused when he noticed how clean your house was; proud, but confused

The confusion grew when you asked him to keep a bit of distance and wash his hands regularly

So he asked if you were sick or something, and you explained that there was a virus spreading in your world

He understood and followed your rules while staying with you

However, he only found out the true severity when he saw an article on your phone

Looking over the symptoms, the death count, everything made him very uncomfortable

He confronts you when you come home and asks if you were safe and why you didn’t tell him the severity

You tell him that your were pretty used to the news and the death count, and that you and your friends and family did your best to stay safe when out

You further explain to him that you didn’t want to do much with him outside or get too close because you were concerned it would go over to Twisted Wonderland

He’s very worried about you, even when he’s in his world he’ll text you all the time to check in

He never really paid much attention to your efforts, but noticed you seemed to be going through a very big period of cleanliness

Asks why you suddenly became a germaphobe and you explain that there was a new illness going around your world

He’s a bit upset that you don’t want to be very close to him, but begrudgingly accepts that it’s just how it’s gonna be for a while

He lounged around your house while you would go out for supplies and groceries and flip through channels on your tv

Does it usually to get a grasp of your culture, but a news channel gives him a big wake up call when he notices how many people were being hospitalized

He immediately questions you when you get home, wanting to know why you left when there was something so dangerous going around

You tell him that it’s become normal for you, telling him that you’ve had to live like this for a while

You reassure him that you do what you can to be safe when you leave, and that you keep yourself away from him so you don’t accidentally send it into Twisted Wonderland

That makes him understand your actions better, and he becomes more okay with not being able to be more physical

He doesn’t mention it ever, but he keeps his room more clean after visiting your world, much to Ruggie’s happiness

He immediately wants to go in for a hug when he sees you, but you ask him not to get too close

You tell him about the sickness and let him know that you don’t want him to catch it cause it would suck

He’s understanding and even offers to help you keep your house sanitized, always offers to clean your goldfish’s bowl

He had the news on in the background while helping clean your kitchen, and overhears about the illness

Pays more attention so he can learn about it, and is shocked by the amount of people affected

He asks you if you know anyone who’s dealing with it, and you let him know your experiences with everything

You confirm with him that if you accidentally got him sick, even if he felt better before going back, he could still carry it over to his world

He understands and does what he can to support you and your safety endeavors

He gets so used to the cleaning pattern and asks Floyd and Jade to help him do the same in the Mostro

Isolates himself for a while (with Crowley’s permission) so that he can keep himself accountable

He’s the most sad about the lack of cuddles, but he understands that there’s something serious happening that makes physical affection suffer

Not exactly the best with cleaning, but he helps make you dinner and honestly is a charm to have around during quarantine

He has this way to make every situation he’s in fun and it helps brightens up the situation very much

He at some point notices you look over some of the news on your phone and is boggled at the images he sees

It honestly breaks your heart, he has a bit of a breakdown and asks if you’ll be okay when he has to go back

You reassure him that you’ll be okay, that you’re doing your best to keep yourself safe and are prioritising him more

You continue by saying that you don’t want to risk sending it back with him to his world

He understands, but is still very concerned over your wellbeing, so he makes sure you have hand sanitizer and your mask whenever you have to leave

When he goes back, he asks the other members of his dorm to keep their distance so he can ensure he doesn’t get them sick

He texts you everyday to check in with you and asks about the situation so he can stay updated

He’s very surprised with how clean you’ve made things in the time he was gone, so he asks if you somehow knew about his arrival

You told him that your world was in the middle of a pandemic, and you kept your house clean so you don’t risk catching it

He’s very understanding and does what he can to give pointers on how to stay healthy

He’ll do yoga with you and meditate with you to help your mental health, and likes to make you healthy meals and smoothies to help your bodily health

But when he finds out how bad it truly is, which is probably when he asks to scroll through your Instagram to see the trends, he’s slightly upset

You have to listen to him scold you because he feels out of the loop, but you clarify that you just started to see it as normal since it’s been happening for so long

He listens more calmly when you tell him that you were worried about getting him sick or sending it back to his world with him

He wishes he could hold you and reassure you, but settles with just words as he lets you know that he understands

He starts teaching you some of the recipes he knows for smoothies that have immunity boosting vitamins, and vitamins for energy

When he’s in his world and you want to try something new, he’ll text you ingredients to look for to help keep your body strong

He’s used to staying inside, so when you tell him that you both won’t be able to go out and do much he’s perfectly fine with it

He’s a bit concerned about getting sick, but he trusts how you’re handling the situation

He wants to help as much as he can, but he’s also concerned about overstepping boundaries, so he might just awkwardly watch you from the distance

Likes to play games with you to pass the time and get your mind off of things, especially pvp

When looking for an app for anime, he accidentally finds one for the news and doesn’t really know how to react to the numbers on the screen

He starts doing research on your phone about the situation, looking into how lethal it is and what the symptoms are, etc.

You tell him that you didn’t want to get him sick, and you especially didn’t want to risk sending it back with him

He understands and doesn’t bring it up much after, instead tries to distract you and get your mind off it for a bit

When he’s back in his world, he does research into how plagues and viruses were dealt with in his world and tries to give you some advice about them

Otherwise, he wants to play online mobile games with you and carry on with business as usual, unless you bring up something about the illness; then he gets worried and asks about your wellbeing

He’s been through many things in his long life, so I’m sure he’s had to watch as people suffered through plagues and illnesses in his life

He never really thinks of it as a non-lethal thing, especially since you’re human, so he takes great care in making sure you’re safe

He even offers to go out and buy groceries for you, but you know that he won’t really know what to look for or where to go

Instead, he keeps track of the daily count of those infected, and makes sure that you and your house are taken care of

The very brief time he’ll initiate any form of physical touch is to check your temperature, which he’ll do everyday as a precaution

You don’t really have to clarify anything he has to do, but you probably end up investing in a non-touch thermometer

You end up saying that, while his immunity is different from a human’s, you want to make sure he doesn’t carry it over because of you

He’s very understanding, so he makes sure that he respects your boundaries more, and he is very strict about that

He’ll take what he learned from helping raise Silver and give advice on what vitamins you need to keep yourself balanced

Anything that he remembers in his world that he deems may be helpful to you, he’ll text to you so you can do what you can with it

This is just a list of random things I have thought about for our twist characters. There are some spoilers if you haven't seen the most recent chapters somehow, and some of these ideas are a bit weird. So....

Heartslybule and Diasomia are opposites because while Heartslybule makes the party happen, Diasomia is never invited

Heartslybule is the roses and Diasomia is the thorns

I want a head count of how many major injuries Vil got during his acting career

If Ignihyde is under ground, then why do they have a night mode? Most of them are bound to stay up later than 3:00 AM anyway

Octopus have the national ability of camouflage allowing them to change colors to blend in to their surroundings. Can Azul change colors in his Octopus form?

If Ortho was human like Idia, then technically, he would have the same sharp pointy teeth that his brother has

Pointy teeth... Is that a Rapunzel reference?

Jamil's wish during the dance and wishes event is a reference to a Whole new World, which was a song about seeing the world

If Rook has pictures of Neige under his wallpaper, does that make him Neige's stalker?

The fun thing about the Heartslybule students is that with most of them, you can put their names in a sentence, and it would still make sense

Wow, there’s a lot of variety in the colors, shapes, and designs in this batch! It’s over 3 years of TWST now, so it’s nice to see these event outfits again (and not just the Halloween and Birthday outfit plushies); it’s like walking down memory lane.

The gift calendar is like an advent calendar; you open the number the corresponds to the days counting down to the holidays and get a new present for each day. However, this particular calendar is exclusively holiday messages from 23 TWST characters (22 of the core cast + Grim, I assume).

It is not yet clear if these holiday messages will be like the White Day cards (written in English) or if they will be written in Japanese. The sample image appears to show text horizontally, but this should not be taken as confirmation.

What if you became a baby? (Ft. Grim, All the Dorm Leaders, Ace, Deuce, Epel and Jack)

“Ugh… I’m so tired….” You groaned in the cafeteria. You held up a hand to support your head. Grim was beside you, laying down face first onto the table.

“Well… Nothing special happened today…” He said making you glare at him.

“Today? How about this whole month? The Magical Shift tournament was just last week! First of all, we had to go on this ‘student-hunt’ to protect the top players of Magical Shift. Then we had to find out whoever was causing all of this chaos by injuring said top players. And once we did, Leona-senpai got overblotted and we had to stop him. Also, you hit me!” You exclaimed at Grim.

“Come on, it wasn’t that bad...” Grim turned to face you, only to meet with your glare.

“You hit me. In. The. Head.” With each word, you leaned in closer to the furball. “You made me unconscious for a day.” You looked at him with eyes that stared into his soul. Grim took a gulp.

“A-Ah… That did happen, didn’t it? Hehehehe.” Grim laughed nervously. You just sighed and patted his head. “I couldn’t blame you… I understand you want to show off, but please, be more careful.” You said and he nodded.

“And don’t go complaining how life is boring for you, because for me, I think I’ve had enough for this month.” You went back to your normal position and sighed. “You know? I would give anything for me to do my own stuff without a care in the world.”

“What? Like a baby?” Grim asked.

“You know what? I wouldn’t mind being a baby again, even if it’s just for a day.” You shrugged and you stood up as the bell rung. “But we all know that won’t happen. It’s not possible! Now come on Grim, let’s go back to our dorm.” You said as you picked up the creature in your arms and started to walk away from the cafeteria.

“Ughhh, why did Professor Trein had to give us assignments on a Friday?” Ace grumbled as he, Deuce, Jack and Epel were practicing their magic in the field.

“Well, we have the next two days off, so it’s better for us to work on our magic than laze around doing nothing.” Deuce replied.

“Yeah, let’s just get this spell over and done with.” Epel said. “Wait, what spell was it again?”

“A youth spell. The spell is said to reverse time on an object, making them younger.” Jack commented. “We’re going to use this apple as a test subject.”

“Wait, how much time does the spell reverse?” Epel asked.

“If I’m not mistaken, probably a few days.” Deuce answered.

“What if we all casted at the same time? Would that make the apple turn back into a seed?” Ace suggested.

“I don’t know but we could try!”

“No! What if something goes wrong?” Jack was hesitant to this idea. Who knows what could happen if they misfire? Or even worse, casted the wrong spell?

“It won’t! Trust me!” Ace said proudly.

“…. Alright, just this once.” Jack gave in.

“Ready? On the count of three we cast the spell together.” Ace said as the four of them readied their pens.

“1, 2, 3!” Four blasts from 4 directions were headed towards the apple in the middle. The blasts collided with each other and hit the apple, but, the spell was too strong, it bounced off from the apple in another direction.

“AHH! IT’S OUT OF CONTROL!”

“I-Is that (Y/N)?”

“It is! (Y/N)! LOOK OUT!”

You were walking with Grim back to your humble Ramshackle Dorm, when you heard shouts for you to duck and look out were heard. You turned to see a spell was heading straight towards you, in order to save Grim who was still in your arms, you threw the creature onto the floor, making him bump his head on the way. The spell hits you shortly after.

“Fgnaaaa! Why did you do that for?” Grim sat up and rubbed his head. When he turned to look at you, you were gone.

“(Y/N)? (Y/N)?!” Grim looked around frantically, searching for you. But then he heard a small giggle.

“Ah! Goo Ga!!” A (E/C) colored, (H/C) colored toddler was trying to grab onto his tail. The toddler was wearing a baby version of the school uniform.

“Fgnaaa! Who is this kid?” Grim said as he brought you closer to his face.

“Grim!! Are you okay?!” Deuce asked as he arrived, Jack, Epel and Ace followed shortly after. Grim was focused on the other first-years, leaving you with no attention and you decided to crawl away.

“I am, but I don’t know where (Y/N) went.” Grim said to the first-years. “Anyway, what was that blast? Did you guys miss fired a spell?”

“Umm, I guess you could say so.” Epel looked at the ground sheepishly.

“I told you guys that it wasn’t a good idea.” Jack growled to the others.

“Oh? You eventually agreed to the idea! Now it’s our fault?” Ace retorted back. Before they could start arguing again, Grim stopped them.

“Wait, what spell did you guys miss fire?”

“It was a youth spell, we wanted to see what would happen if we stacked our spells together.” Deuce explained to Grim. “It hit the apple, but it also went off in this direction, specifically (Y/N)’s direction.”

“Oh no, this is bad.” Grim paled.

“What why?”

“If you guys miss fired a strong de-aging spell and I saw a toddler with (E/C) eyes and (H/C) colored hair. That means-“ Grim stated but was cut off by Epel.

“The spell hit (Y/N)! She must’ve turned into a baby!”

“We have to fix this! But Grim, where is the baby?” Jack asked Grim frantically.

“What do you mean? She’s right her- WHERE IS SHE?” Grim exclaimed as he looked at his tail only to find out that you were gone. Everyone panicked slightly but Jack snapped everyone out of it.

“She must’ve wondered off! Ace, Deuce, go find Professor Trein and ask him how to undo the spell. Epel, me and Grim will go look for baby (Y/N).”

“We’ll meet up at Professor Trein’s class later!” Ace shouted as he and Deuce ran off to find the Magic History teacher.

“Let’s better start searching for her, who knows where she could be now.” Jack said as Epel and Grim nodded. And so, the search for you had begun.

You were wondering around the hallway, crawling along the huge lockers, just exploring this whole school. As you wondered, you heard chatter coming from one of the rooms and since you were a baby, your interest is easily piqued. So, you decided to go into the room, unnoticed.

The Dorm Leaders were having a meeting. The meeting was held in a room which just so happened to be the exact same room you entered. Which is why you heard noises of people talking.

“Now, everyone, welcome to today’s Dorm Leader meeting. We will be discussing about last week’s Magical Shift tournament.” Azul started.

“I am pleased to announce that ticket sales and as well as sales in general had an increase of 12 percent compared to last year.” The other dorm leaders nod in agreement.

“Yes, this year’s Magift Tournament was quite the eye opener. Never would I have seen so many events happen leading up to the tournament.” Said Malleus.

“But it was quite the tournament nevertheless, thank god all the problems were fixed before the actual event.” Said Vil.

“And it’s all thanks to Riddle, Cater, Jack, Ace and Deuce, right?” Kalim asked cheerfully.

“Not quite. (Y/N) and Grim did a lot more and they also accompanied us in solving the mystery.” Riddle replied calmly. “Without them, we wouldn’t even have a tournament at all.”

“Ah! We should totally invite (Y/N) to our dorm leader meetings next time! Well, since she is technically a dorm leader.” Kalim suggested.

“If it’s okay with the principal, then do as you please.” Vil said, looking at Crowley.

“I wouldn’t mind either way.” Leona shrugged.

“Same here.” Idia spoke through his phone.

“Ah, well, I’ll ask (L/N)-san her thoughts on this invitation when I see her, now then, onto our next topic.” Crowley continued the meeting with a new topic.

You were actually close behind Crowley, for you saw his cape. You thought that it was a very comfortable blanket and so you crawled beneath it, letting the cape engulf you. Feeling the softness of the cape, you let out a cute squeal of delight. As soon as you did though, everyone in the meeting room froze.

“U-Um, you all heard that right?” Idia asked his fellow dorm leaders and everyone nodded.

“Where did that sound come from?” Asked Kalim.

“I think it came from Crowley.” Leona replied, looking at the headmaster.

“Leona-san is right, it seems like it came from Headmaster’s direction.” Malleus said as he also turned to look at Crowley. Everyone then looked at him with suspicious looks, as if he had stolen something.

“N-Now! Let’s be rational, there aren’t any babies on school campus!” Crowley said, for he was panicking inside because he had heard the sound quite loud and clearly too. And it was at this time you decided to let out another sound.

“Goo Ga!!”

“Alright Crowley, out with it! Did you or did you not bring a kid?” Leona asked the headmaster.

“No! I DON’T EVEN KNOW ANY TODDLERS!” Crowley defended himself. As he did so, Kalim took this chance to inspect Crowley, to find the object that could’ve made that sound. A phone perhaps? A ringtone? Anything! But when he got to his back, you decided to move around, therefore making it seem like Crowley’s cape was moving by itself. Kalim paled as he saw this, he thought it was a ghost.

“h-heADMASTER’S CAPE IS MOVING ON IT’S OWN!” Kalim yelled out in surprise. All the dorm leaders and Crowley turned to look at Kalim.

“So, headmaster, you’ve brought ghosts into today’s meeting?” Malleus asked Crowley with a raised brow.

“N-No! I didn’t!”

“Then explain your cape!” Kalim retorted back.

“Thank god I didn’t leave my room to witness this.” Idia mumbled to himself.

“There is no way I have brought ghosts to our meeting!” Crowley exclaimed. “It must be the wind, see for yourselves!” And he snatched his cape away from you, leaving you exposed to all the dorm leaders. You didn’t know what was happening, one second you were underneath a comfy blanket and the next, 7 pairs of eyes were on you. (I ain’t counting Idia’s eyes :’) ) You were confused.

“A…. A BABY? WHOSE JOKE IS THIS?” Crowley shouted, in the meantime, his shouting had scared you and you started to cry.

“Great going teach, you’ve made it cry.” Leona said, rubbing his temples.

“What?! How is this my fault?” Crowley looked back at Leona.

“Well, if you hadn’t shouted, we wouldn’t be in this mess!”

“Don’t put all the blame on headmaster!”

“So, who is to blame?!”

And so, began the fight between each of the dorm leaders and Crowley. Not far away, Jack, Epel and Grim heard the commotion and decided to see what was happening.

You eventually stopped crying as you felt tired. You took a small yawn and decided to nap on the table. The dorm leaders were still fighting though. It was until Vil saw you fell asleep and shushed the other dorm leaders and Crowley.

“Look, it’s gone to sleep.” Vil whispered and everyone stopped to see you asleep on the table. Jack, Epel and Grim poked their heads in to see the exact same thing.

“Ah! There she is!” Grim exclaimed and the dorm leaders looked at him.

“She?” Azul asked.

“Yes, a she.” Epel said as he slowly went up to you and picked you up.

“But there is only one female student in this school.” Vil stated. As all the dorm leaders widen their eyes.

“You mean?” They asked.

“Yes, this is (Y/N).” Jack replied.

“……….. A-Ah.” It has come to their realization that the toddler was you, and they all had a slight blush on their faces.

So, Jack, Epel and Grim went to Professor Trein’s classroom and got a lecture from the teacher.

What was it about? Oh, the usual. Never combine spells. Ever.

The professor casted a spell on you, saying that it’ll work but it’s going to take a few hours. So Ace and Deuce decided to bring you back to your dorm and have Grim take care of you. It was fairly easy since you were asleep all the way.

After a few hours, it was night time and you were back to normal, but you woke up with a headache.

“Ugh… What happened? I feel like I went on an adventure today.” You asked.

“Yanno, remember when you said you wouldn’t mind being a baby for a day?” Grim asked you.

“Yes, I remember that.” You said, rubbing your head.

“That’s exactly what happened, now, can we go eat? I’m starving.” Grim answered your question and jumped into your arms for you to carry him.

“Eh? Um, sure I guess, let’s go.” You said and took him to eat at the cafeteria.

When you arrived, you sat with your friends asking about what had happened. They hesitantly explained the story to you and you slowly took it all in. When you did, you smacked Ace, Deuce, Jack and Epel on their heads for their carelessness, and with that, you forgave them for making you into a toddler.

However, after that day, the dorm leaders were paying a lot more attention to you. Asking if you need anything or just walked you to class in general. You were absolutely dumbfounded at this new attitude of the dorm leaders, but, you would be lying to yourself if you say you didn’t enjoy it one bit.

Riddle Rosehearts

- Riddle isn't always on his phone. Rather he has a schedule for when he can and won't use it.

- So, it's natural to say that he isn't on a lot of social media accounts aside from his existing magicam and email

- He doesn't see being on your phone all the time as a very good habit in the first place but he sees why people depend on it for entertainment with so many new apps and games made for it

- Riddle's magicam profile is a pretty simple one if not bland?

- He doesn't pay much attention to it in the first place but he does put just a bit of effort into making it look nice to his eyes

- His profile picture is him in Heartslyabul's full dorm uniform and his bio is just his name and his favourite rule

- Again,since he's rarely on it, Riddle's posts is rather few in numbers and are usually pictures he's taken of his favourite sweets or books he's finished reading placed neatly on his desk. He has one picture of himself in casual wear and two pictures with both Trey and Cater (which Cater probably took using his phone)

- He never makes stories unless there's a special event then he'd save a good picture of the entire dorm to post later.

- Riddle likes following pages with sweets and pastries along with ones that he sees as inspirational and informative

- He doesn't care much about followers at all and likes that his profile is seemingly private.

Trey Clover

- Trey's profile is just as simple as Riddle's, with a picture of him and his siblings as his profile picture and the words "Family and Baking" written on his bio followed by emojis of a smiley face and cake

- He doesn't post a lot but he does makes lots of stories whenever he's back at home, be it with his parents or his siblings, you'll never miss a chance at seeing him make pastries and bake cakes

- Back at school he completely shuts it off to focus on studies and other responsibilities but when he has free time he opens it up just so he can see his family members in the stories he's saved

- Like Riddle,Trey also believes it isn't good to look at your phone all the time but if you need a bit of a stress reliever then he gets it fully

- Trey would probably have lots of pictures where he's tagged by other people,mostly his mom and younger cousins who just always wants a picture with him

- Sometimes when he's really proud of a pastry he's made, he'll spend time taking a good picture of it then posting it with cute emojis. He tags Riddle in them all the time.

- Trey doesn't mind who follows him as long as they aren't creepy or plain disruptive, and the number count is also something he doesn't really care about.

- He likes tagging Cater and Riddle on recipes he finds on other people's magicam post, using it as a hint of him wanting to try a new pastry

- Magicam is his life support

Cater Diamond

- Not literally but like 👀

- If Cater isn't posting anything he's probably doing a live and chilling with his followers

- A big part of his time is spent on his profile and other social media apps, he uses different pictures for each social account he has, each with fun and amusing bios to read

- His bright and flashy personality really comes through all his profiles and one can't help but to feel welcome and intrigued after seeing through his entire magicam account

- His current magicam profile picture is of him with one of the Heartslyabul hedgehog and his bio says "Fun and loving Senpai, always here to bring a smile for my cute juniors!"

- Despite his avid addiction to selfies,Cater is pretty skilled in aesthetic photography and landscape capture and sometimes you can even find pictures of Riddle or Trey and even Deuce and Ace on his account. Each photo aesthetic and revealing bits and pieces of their own personalities

- His hashtags can get a bit over the top but he knows what's hot and recent so if you want someone to keep you updated on the latest trends,Cater senpai's account is the place to browse

- He appreciates each one of his followers and always makes time to do lives and interact with them, it's a fun past time he cherishes and it always gives him that sparkly after glow whenever he sees comments or people just saying how he helps them with stress and boredom

- Cater isn't vain or in desperate need of attention but it's always nice to know people genuinely likes the stuff he does

- He follows lots of fashion pages and models or celebrities like Vil,though if he sees one of his juniors in need of an account boost, be sure as hell Cater will do anything in his power to help them!

- The only reason Ortho has a magicam account is because he wanted to see what everyone else was doing and also because he wanted somewhere he could show off his latest and coolest tech Idia gave to him!

- He's adorable and bright and his profile picture is the picture Cater took for him during a ceremony at the school, where he's wearing his robes with a small peace sign held up

Ortho Shroud

- Ortho follows all kinds of people he finds interesting and Cater is one of them. He likes how positive Cater is and even though his following isn't that big he's glad there's people who would come by and like his posts or join his lives

- He's tried to have Idia actively join in but all he's gotten is semi blurry pictures of his brother and short clips of Idia playing his games or fixing a device

- He isn't active all the time but whenever he does he likes to spam people he follows by liking their newest post and commenting on their pictures, after all they spent all that time to post it right? So he has to praise their efforts!

- Honestly, most of his followers don't get the whole tech idea but because Ortho is very honest and genuinely bubbly, they can't help but have him appear on their feeds and interact with the young boy

- Ortho has a lot of love and adoration for his brother too so people are always cheering him on!

- Like Cater, he's also up to date with the latest trends and never fails to let Idia on them too.

Jamil Viper

- Jamil's account is private and his profile is simple yet somehow rather formal. The picture he uses for his profile picture is a black background with the letter 'J' written in cursive

- He's rarely on it but he's posted a few pictures and videos that are surprisingly very aesthetic to the eyes

- Since he dances and cooks, his posts are mostly made of solo dancing sessions or him making his favourite food

- Jamil doesn't follow a lot of people and he's very particular of who gets to follow him, and since he doesn't see the point of interacting with people he won't ever meet, he naturally gives off a reserved personality online that rivals how he is in real life

- He follows Kalim, of course, but he never likes any of his posts, though he will occasionally check the stories Kalim posts

- The words "Tired" is the first thing written on his bio before he places his name underneath it.

- Jamil pretty much uses magicam only when he has nothing else to do and though he gets why most people are hooked on it, he'd rather walk around the oasis to kill time.

Ahhhh thank you for your patience! Sorry it took so long > < I surprisingly struggled with some of the characters, but I managed to get them all! ^^; Except for Malleus, the others can be considered known/crushing on MC after their overblot incidents since that’s when they’re on better terms with MC :3

I hope you don’t mind I slightly tweaked the request (Grim mostly runs the booth) > < I know I had a reason when I first started generating HCs upon getting the request, but I honestly can’t remember it now ;A;

The idea’s submitted and the dorm leaders approve at their meeting because they don’t actually think it’ll come to pass and Ramshackle is just so pitiable 

The justifications for the submission were:

Low budget & members so not many options to choose from

Of the potential 2-5 members counted (if the ghosts help out), 1 is completely useless at magic

The setup would not take long or be resource intensive and, given that Crowley has roped the MC-Grim duo into performing tasks for him seemingly before every event, they would likely have to abandon their dorm’s activity anyway

Nobody actually thought it would come to pass

Rumors are circulating about Ramshackle Dorm’s kissing booth, but it’s not until ~2 days before the festival when everyone realizes it will probably actually happen

MC’s planning on and convinces Grim to be the main star/attendant with the promise of extra-premium tuna

Because Grim’s an animal and people like animals/think they’re cute, right? But nobody seems to know this part in the rumors

Leona

Buys out the entire booth

Look, just because he knows the truth doesn't mean he's happy about it

Is not against underhanded methods to put a stop to it

Ramshackle’s materials just so happen to disappear on a windy day and poor MC has to wear goggles to shield their eyes because dirt keeps getting in to them whenever the wind blows

Should MC continue on with the booth though, will engage MC in conversation and somehow end up steering them away from their station (quite possibly with the aid of Ruggie) and lead them to Savanaclaw’s exhibition instead showoff

Ruggie

Tries to convince MC to ditch the idea and help out Savanaclaw instead

“Leona won’t mind” Ruggie you’re a fucking liar

Besides Floyd, is probably the most visibly concerned

He doesn't know Grim will be running the booth after all

Redirects his anxieties into setting up Savanaclaw's exhibit and nagging Leona

Leona's not stupid, and will either tell Ruggie about Grim himself, or set something up so Ruggie can discover the truth

Once he knows the truth, Ruggie will be a lot more mischievous about the situation

Teases MC

Might encourage the rumor or spread some new ones

Understands how it is to lack money, so may try to help MC set prices that'll make them profit

If MC accepts his help, will joke about a kiss for payment, but is actually hoping they'll give him one

Leona would lead on the day of the festival, so Ruggie would try to slip away and check on MC

If anyone tries to get too close or insist that MC kiss them, Ruggie will use his unique magic to get them to go away

If he must attend/help with his own dorm, would encourage Jack to helps protect MC since they're already friends and it wouldn’t be too out of place

Disguises his concern by telling Jack he heard about some trouble that people are planning for Ramshackle Dorm

Azul

Offered MC a job working at Mostro Lounge early on, but MC declined

Wants to extend the offer again, but doesn’t want to bring up questions of why

Able to get other rumors/information circulating about how the booth is an extension of Mostro Lounge and is only accessible after a certain number of points are reached

Will make sure the numbers are impossible to reach OR just have the service get slower to those who are getting closer to the number

But will be done under the excuse of just being so busy that it isn’t questioned (Azul’s got a silver tongue after all)

Does not let this information reach Grim or MC

Asks one of the Tweels or strikes a deal with one of MC’s friends to watch over the booth just in case

OR

Depending on the time of year, might try to convince MC to lend Ramshackle dorm grounds as an outdoor seating area

“We’re thinking of trialing a mobile cart version of Monstro Lounge during the festival”

Promises a percentage of earnings as a sort of “rent”

Will be very pleased if MC decides to help out instead of hosting the kissing booth, but if MC is set on holding the kissing booth, will keep an eye on them

Though he knows no one will approach the booth with him there, he does want to allow MC to get some funds for Ramshackle

Should anyone approach the booth but turn away after realizing only Grim is available for kisses, he’ll casually “ encourage” them to rethink

If he was being forced to work at Mostro Lounge instead and couldn’t be at the booth at opening, will be in a Mood until Azul lets him go

Will be surprised if they actually give him one

Only agrees to leave if they come with him to get takoyaki/go around the school

Ace

Tries to spend the night prior at Ramshackle dorm so he can guarantee his being the first one at the booth, but Riddle is furious and sends Deuce and Cater to get him -all members are needed to help set up their own attraction after all

Because of this, finds out that Grim will be the forefront of the booth and relaxes

When he gets to visit the booth “just checking up on you, MC” will act coy and cocky, but if MC rolls with it and doesn’t get flustered, instead offering/ teasing him about a kiss from them, he’ll blush and momentarily trip over his words

Gets a kick out of all the disappointed reactions from those who thought they could get a kiss from MC

If anyone leaves the booth because it’s Grim, not MC that they’d kiss, he’d tease them and put them on the spot, causing their pride/stubbornness to go through with the kiss booth

Malleus

Visits to see the gargoyles

Honestly probably depends on if MC knows who he is or not

Going to assume MC doesn't know yet

Was forgotten to be included at the meeting once again so completely missed on hearing about MC's idea, though Diasomnia is still participating

May hear rumor due to Lilia or just the general excitement about it

Probably a little hurt by it, but the human can choose what they wish to do

Runs into MC one night during his walks and MC asks if he'll be participating

MC invites him to stop by their booth, but gets called back inside by Grim or a noise from the dorm before Malleus can decline

Their "Looking forward to seeing you, Tsunotarou!" really gets to him and he figures he must now show up just for them

Ends up visiting close to the end of the event so he doesn't harm their sales, but wanted to arrive earlier

Relieved when he sees that it's just Grim giving out kisses and MC is just recruiting

When a couple of students see him, they run away screaming, causing MC to turn and see what all the commotion was over

MC still hasn't/doesn't put together that he's Malleus and greets him with a smile despite him scaring away business

Malleus ends up paying several people's portions as apology and should MC give him a kiss as thanks, he'll be happy and lightly blush

Just hope Sebek isn't nearby to see

Malleus has some emotional exploring to do after this

Do you think it is possible to adapt the events of Twisted Wonderland for manga someday?

As much as I’d personally love for the event stories to be adapted into a full-blown manga, I really don’t think it’s feasible outside of maybe one-off specials (similar to the anthology comic) or references (like how the Episode of Heartslabyul features Master Chef Riddle as he’s making an apology tart). There are many reasons for this (these also apply for why I don’t think vignettes would be fully adapted into “full” manga):

Firstly, event stories are purposefully limited time in the game; this is to induce FOMO (fear of missing out) and creates a psychological incentive to get in on the hype while the associated story and banners are available. This time exclusivity does not “translate” well into manga, which can be consumed at a far steadier pace.

To add to the last point, TWST is constantly coming out with new events, and at a rate far faster than the main story releases, even if each event is typically short in length. This means a hypothetical event manga may never be able to “keep up” with the new content (assuming the manga’s pace is 1 new chapter per month), unlike the main story which gets far larger gaps of time between major updates. If TWST were to start an event manga at this point, they already have 20ish events and counting to adapt compared to 7 books of the main story (and that’s not even counting minor ones like Master Chef/Culinary Crucibles) 💦

When you really think about it… not a lot actually happens in some events, which wouldn’t make them that exciting to read??? This is most noticeable in hometown events where the bulk of what happens is the characters going around and eating the local foods. Once we have that trivia the first time (via the game), it loses some of its impact in another format.

The stakes are not high enough (most of the time) to warrant dedicating entire volumes to a single event and resolving its conflict. (The main exceptions to this would be the Halloween events.)

There could be some confusion associated with timelines and/or could spoil the main story for som people. For example, events like Fairy Gala: What If have some ties to the ending of book 6.

Lastly… what would we do about the Yuus? The manga adaptation introduces a new Yuu for every main story episode; is there supposed to be a new Yuu for each event…? Do we bring back the manga!Yuus and distribute them among the events? But then what’s really the point when Yuu’s role is greatly diminished in the majority of events??? (Again, this is most notable whenever they visit a new area; Yuu just randomly pops up to each group of students and says/does nothing of note before walking away again. They typically also do not contribute to the resolution, whereas you can at least say Yuu is somewhat involved in the main story.)

As I said at the beginning of this post, I think the events being relegated to short anthology chapters and/or cameos in the main manga, as these formats would resolve many of the issues I identified for a “full” event manga. The anthology chapters thus far do not feature Yuu and instead focus on the boys, and the chapters are short enough that it can cover multiple events in the span of one volume. The cameos would also allow for event outfits to appear without the focus shifting so much into events where not a lot may happen story-wise. Those are my thoughts! 💭
