I made a post on twt talking about en va fancasts for twst since the anime got a recent (albeit vague) update. Seeing everyone's responses inspired me to put together my own headcanons :3c

Please note that I'm not 100% sure on all of them (ESPECIALLY with ortho's), so do keep that in mind!!

Grim being Yuu's #1 victim to her kisses

Every morning every night, Grim gets a kiss. And any other types of kisses

Now imagine Grim accidentally complained about it to the twst boy and while Grim who finds it annoying(he does not. He just wants to look tough), the twst boys are jealous and wish to be in Grims place

Have you seen the new Jamil card in the JP server? That was my inspiration lol. Not mainly but you get the gist

Anon, please send the image of the New Card. I wanna sseeeee. Jamil has always been one of my OG Faves when the game started along with Trey! I haven't seen the card yet. Edit: Moving forward, I will use the pronouns used by the asks for Yuu. If not mentioned, I will continue to use they/them.

I imagine Yuu/MC at that point has learned to adapt to Twst.'s customs and has refrained from kiss the boys. I am sensing romantic undertones in this ask, so I will answer this Ask with Romance in mind.

Grim will complain with Yuu constantly kisses his cheeks everyday! When he wakes up, Kiss! When they sleep? KISS! When they split apart then meet up again? Jaw kisses!

I imagine Grim wouldn't even bother to learn Yuu's Kiss language because he thinks its overly complicated (its not), so he just thinks the Prefect is being overly fussy.

When he complains about his "problem", Ace and Epel think he is bragging, and Deuce and Jack are sulking (one more obvious than the other). Sebek scolds them both for the "impropriety" but he is really jealous deep inside, sometimes he catches himself imagining it was him getting those good morning kisses.

Riddle is not subtle in his jealousy but nobody points it out. He doesn't imagine himself in Grim's place but he ( although he doesn't admit it to himself, or is aware of it) miss being kissed by Yuu, especially their greetings and good job kisses.

Trey smiles on the outside, and is kinda amused that the other boys are jealous in the inside. Ofcourse, there are times that Yuu loses her self-restraint , and Trey has seen and experienced that. Maybe its because he is "trusthworthy" that the Prefect is more laid back towards him. When the Prefect slips back to her habit, Trey is ready to lightly "scold them", after he gets that kiss.

Cater is laughing but inside he is not. DANG, that was supposed to be himmmmm!!! He's so jealous! He feels kinda pathetic when he realizes he is envious of a cat, but in his defense, he really finds comfort in Yuu's genuine affects.

The Octavinelle trio want to shut Grim up, they're dying of jealousy out here! Azul is thinking of ways he'd get Yuu to go back to doing your customs (provided that it's only towards him). Jade is looking menacingly at Grim, and Floyd is gonna squeeze the cat any moment now.

Leona acts nonchalant, but he does tell Grim to "shut up" cuz he is "noisy". Teases Yuu of being too "touchy" (he is sending her signals to quit it). Ruggie advices Grim to "run for it".

Kalim is openly voicing out that he wishes he was in Grim's shoes. Jamil is glad the prefect is acting with self restraint cuz she shouldn't come up kissing people, (except him, and Grim is an exception).

Rook listens eagerly at Grim's complaint, imagining the Prefect cutely pampering the cat. In Rook's mind, Yuu is the most beautiful when she is her authentic self.

Vil tells Grim to not be so loud (he doesn't want to hear him "brag"). Vil is not openly jealous because he knows behind close doors, Yuu still does her Kiss Language towards him (when he allows it, he has made it so the Prefect is comfortable with his presence)

Malleus is not that jealous (openly) cuz he views Grim as a cat. However, when its just Yuu and him on their nightly walks, he expects the Prefect to go back to their customs. He expects that the kisses are a given.

Lilia is just amused. So what? Yes, the Prefect restrains themselves from kissing others and puts all their attention to Grim. BUT there is a loophole to this. Yuu stops herself, but doesn't stop others. So if Lilia wants to greet Yuu using the latter's Kiss Language, the Prefect just happily accepts it. It seems like Yuu even appreciates it when Lilia respects and tries to practice her Kiss Language. It's comforting.

Silver is expressionless, but inside him is a tumultuous feeling. He doesn't know why he is upset. But he is. Lilia teaches him the loophole, so it kinda alleviates Silver's concern.

Idia is both jealous of Yuu AND Grim. HE ALSO WANTS TO PLAY WITH THE CAT. But he also wants to be the end of Yuu's affections. Dang, its like losing two 50/50s in a gacha pull.

Meaningful Kiss 2

SUMMARY: Would they make Public Displays of Affection? If not, are they protective instead? And how do they show you how much they truly love you through their kisses? 💋

COMMENTS: The first Meaningful Kiss with the Overblot Students went so well and so many people liked it that I thought about doing another one with the next most popular group, the Freshmen. And according to a poll more than 80% of the votes were for "OMG! YES PLEASE!" So here it is.

Meaningful Kiss 3 (Ruggie, Jade, Kalim, Silver, Lilia)

Meaningful Kiss 4 (Cater, Trey, Floyd, Rook)

CONTEXT: For some of them I needed to think first about what the beginning of the relationship would be like. But this would already be how they would act in an established relationship.

Ace is kinda into PDA, but more to tease you and mess with you. He is very comfortable with you. He has no problem putting his arm around your shoulders or waist with a playful smile. Often to try to convince you not to be the voice of reason and join him in trouble.

In public he may hug you a lot, but the only kisses he gives you are on the forehead or cheek. Because on the lips, those are the special ones! And those are reserved for your private moments.

You two are usually alone in Ramshackle Dorm, mainly in the Lounge. You would have many movie sessions where you would make popcorn and snacks together. And it is in these moments, where there is a high chance of you messing with each other, like throwing flour at each other or smearing each other's noses with chocolate, that his most meaningful kisses can happen. In a fun atmosphere.

His most meaningful kisses are playful and grateful. He hugs you like he never wants to lose you. His kisses are passionate, not in a sense of desire, but in a sense of gratitude. You know those moments when something happens that makes a person remember why they love someone else? These are those moments and those kisses. These kisses mean "thank you for being in my life".

However, there are also certain other times when kisses like this can happen. Imagine him getting into trouble and you ending up in trouble too. But of course, instead of handing Ace over, you protect him, help him hide or even hide with him. It is in these moments that you can also receive a passionate kiss from him. “Thank you for being my partner in crime” kisses.

Deuce is very new to these things, so he's not a fan of PDA. But even when he's gotten used to your relationship, he doesn't see PDA as something necessary. You love each other and you only need to prove that to each other.

BUT if you really like it when he hugs you or gives you a kiss on the cheek, he might do it for you. On the lips, those are the special ones and he is very embarrassed to give them to you in public because he needs to be comfortable to kiss you properly.

At first, he will still get flustered easily and probably blush a lot. It's all very new to him. So, even holding your hand will take a little while for him to get used to it. But once enough time has passed, he won't have any problems even linking his arm with you. And also given enough time, he will start to be that boyfriend who gives you a kiss on the cheek every time he greets you and every time he says goodbye.

For his most meaningful kisses there will be special places. Places where he will take you on his Blastcycle (Magical Wheel). If he takes you on a date. These kisses can also happen in sporadic moments where he feels so happy to have you that he forgets everything else.

His kisses are passionate, urgent, like it's something he needs to give you. You know when he gets so angry that his ex-delinquent self shows up? Now think about that intensity and lack of control, but with love and affection. He is more sentimental than rational, so I believe he is the type of person who is not ashamed to tell the people closest to him how important they are. And he won't think twice to decide whether to show you how much he loves you or not in a romantic moment.

Jack tries not to do PDA, or at least he tried more in the beginning. It's all still very new to him and he knows that you are his partner for life, so there is plenty of time to get used to the relationship.

Wolf beastmen only have one special someone, ever. They choose a single partner to care for. He chose you, the same way you chose him and now he is committed to you for life. And both he and you expect this to be a long time, so there's no need to rush anything.

He's not much into PDA, but eventually he'll feel more comfortable holding hands with you or letting you link your arm through his. At first, any kiss was still awkward in public, but after a while he ended up having no problem giving you a quick kiss on the cheek if you asked, or if he was very happy. And only some time after this phase, he will feel more comfortable giving you a quick kiss on the lips, usually to say goodbye.

Why are all his kisses in public quick? Because the slow ones are the private ones. Despite his tough wolf exterior, with you, especially in private, he can be a puppy. Rare are the times when he isn’t wagging his tail when he's with you. Or smiling, even if it's just a little. He likes to cuddle! The best moments alone with you are when you can rest in each other's arms. You can pet him. Please do.

He gives you sweet, light and lingering kisses on your cheeks and lips, but the most meaningful ones are a mix of gentleness and excitement. Do you know when dogs are so happy that they get excited? Think of that excitement, but gentler, more caring, more careful. He wants to show you how much he loves you, but he is also aware of his strength and that you are a human, less strong than a beastman/woman.

Being faithful to the character and his complexes, I don't believe Epel would have a relationship with someone more masculine than himself. So I believe his significant other would be more feminine than him or a girl.

If you're not a girl, it might take longer for him to get to this stage. But if you are, at first he may see you as a bit of a trophy, just a little. You will find him more cocky than usual and he won't have any problems with PDA, quite the opposite, he wants to show everyone your relationship. He'll put his arm around you a lot, whether it's around your shoulders or your waist. He'll try to get over the fact that you're taller than him if you are, but if you're shorter, he might feel like the protective boyfriend he so wants to be.

It will be a rocky start. And you will have to have a talk with him about the sudden change in attitude towards you. He will apologize a lot and reveal that yes, he is proud of himself for being in a relationship with you, because he is proud to be someone you can trust and fall in love with. The last thing he wants is to be disrespectful to you. This is still new for him, so can you help him be better?

After this beginning of learning, you will discover that yes, he genuinely likes PDA. He is a prideful person. Proud of himself for the person he is becoming with you and proud of you for... everything. And he wants to show everyone how much you deserve his affection.

He can hold your hand, hug you, and give you kisses on the cheek, but kisses on the lips are special, and less confident, at least at first. He has no experience and he doesn't want to ruin the moment. But once he gets used to it, you'll find that his kisses are just as sweet, cute and delicate as the appearance he's learning to embrace.

Good Luck! Sebek is... intense, but slow. Especially because he follows Lilia's “advices” too much. According to Lilia, once he falls in love with someone, he must pen them a letter. With a fountain pen since that and stationery are the true weapons in matters of love. He shall pen his feelings, slip a photo of his smiling visage into every third missive, and repeat this until the twenty-fifth full moon.

Of course you won't be able to bear this for long and you'll have to have a talk with him and Lilia. He’ll ask Lilia what to do from now on, and seeing that things are real now, he'll probably just reply: "Whatever you feel you should do. Trust your heart, but never overlapping yours with (Y/N)’s. That's it! Good luck."

Just like he does with Malleus, Sebek's way of showing that he likes someone is by admiring and protecting them. So, at first it will be just that, he will be close to you and you will receive many words of affirmation.

However, even after he becomes more comfortable with you, you will find that he is indifferent to PDA. At least PDA initiated by him. But if you say you want to hold hands, a hug, a kiss, whatever it is, your wishes are orders! Literally!

In that case, he will never have any problem doing any of the things you ask. Do you want to walk hand in hand? He will extend his hand like a gentleman asking his date to dance. Do you want a hug? He'll open his arms and let you in, maybe even give you a kiss on the forehead if you're feeling down.

Do you want a kiss? What kind of kiss? On the forehead? Granted! On the cheek? For sure! On the lips? Then you have to be careful. Remember that he never hides how much he likes and admires someone. He doesn't exactly have one kiss more special than the other. he will give you any kind of kiss you wish. Like I said, your wishes are orders and you will feel it in his kisses. His most meaningful kisses are all, because they are all to make you happy.

He blushes a bright red, coughing into the crook of his arm as he quickly diverts his gaze. He hopes you don't notice his fidgeting hands, which are increasingly becoming clammy or how his lip quivered slightly. Spoiler alert; you do! He attempts to steal a couple more gazes, unbeknownst to him, it's not subtle at all and only adds to the fuel of his fuming face, heart quickening with each each fail attempt.

Gives you a sheepish smile, a small tint of red coating his cheeks from mild embarrassment. He gives you a little nod of his head, a form of an apology as he gazes away. He's a lot better at sneaking glances afterward, careful not to be caught by the intensity of your gaze again. All the while, that smile is still tugging in his lips as he nervously rubs the back of his neck.

Trey Clover, Jade Leech, Jack Howl, Silver

He has absolutely no shame whatsoever. If you catch him staring, he's going to send you a cheeky grin as he continues to admire you from afar. He even sends you a small wave, a teasing gesture with his grin spreading further, going from corner to corner whilst he takes in your reactions. He may even take it as an excuse to approach and talk to you properly; evident playfulness and genuine affection within his mischievous gaze.

Floyd Leech, Rook Hunt, Lilia Vanrouge

Nearly let's out a loud squeak when you catch him, almost making a scene right there in front of his peers. He's covering his incredibly reddened face with his hands as he faces away from you, hoping to just disappear. He wants nothing else but to curl up in the corner and sob:(( intentionally avoids you for a while because he doesn't want to risk you being upset at him for staring

Idia Shroud, Azul Ashengrotto, Deuce Spade

Is busy comforting his older brother the best of his ability; said older brother is curled up in his blanket, chewing nervously on his nail and cheek; his face flushes to a cherry hue as he tries to forget what happened but each time leads him to get even more embarrassed.

Ortho Shroud

He merely looks away and acts as though it never happened. But he thinks about it late at night and he can't sleep because he's a little embarrassed. His brain is mainly fixated on your eyes, or your pretty cheeks and even your lips, and oh dear, he's becoming terribly red.

Jack Howl, Ruggie Bucchi, Epel Felmier, Cater Diamond

Pretends like it never happened and never thinks of it again. If you bring it up, he will flick you against the forehead with a lazy roll of his eyes. "Dunno what you're talking about."

Leona Kingscholar

You don't even catch him. He's skilled with his eyes, stealing glances with quick and fast movements that you hardly even realize it. He's just cha cha smooth like that <3

Vil Schoenheit

He doesn't even realize you've caught him, and he thinks he's being very sneaky; but in reality, you found out the very first moment he attempted to steal a glance at you because he's horribly obvious. It's quite an amusing sight, however, his cheeks are a little rosy as he attempts to be sneaky, smiling a little as he succeeds at his "stealthy" attempts

Deuce Spade, Sebek Zigvolt

It becomes an awkward stare down because he can't take his eyes off you, and now you're both looking at each other with a hint of adoration. Who will look away first ? 🤷‍♀️

Malleus Draconia, Ace Trappola, Jade Leech

He's staring at you innocently. His intentions are pure!! He flashes you a kind smile and a friendly wave. He's kind of rocking on his feet as he stares at you from afar. He's very respectful, genuine warmth appreant in his irises ♡

Kalim Al Asim

When your eyes lock on each other, he's already planning your first date, kiss, movie to cuddle on, the day it will rain so you dance together, your wedding, the rings, your romance tropes- a whole 500k words pure fluff with him because he is a simp for you and he's down horrendous

Malleus Draconia (sorry not sorry)

FALSE. You're staring at him because he's a sight, and you're a simp <33. He chuckles lightly when he catches you, sending you a friendly smile. His hands become a little shaky as a pink flush covers his face in embarrassment(even though you're the one staring⁉️)

So I'm working on a Deuce version of how the characters first reacted to seeing Eyeless-Yuu. {Might take a while since I can get pretty lazy ngl lol.}

So we all know Ace is a jerk right? {Our little jerk} Well he's a bit insensitive and obviously a jerk when he met Eyeless-Yuu after the ceremony. {This is when In-game Yuu and Grim were at the statues}

{This is mainly if y'all want Eyeless-Yuu having romantic interactions/relationships with the boys [except the staff, Ortho, and Grim] or platonic ones I don't mind.}

In case you can't see it well, for the first one he's saying "Oh your the eyeless weirdo from the ceremony...geeze your freakier up-front.", for the second one after getting to know Eyeless-Yuu he says "Even if you can't see me, I'm always happy to see you...".

So yeah Ace is a jerk towards Eyeless-Yuu {not physically but he's pretty snarky with them at first}, but he warms up to Yuu and offers to be their eyes when walking to class or down/up the stairs {he holds their hand or gives them piggy back rides so they won't get hurt}. You know when Riddle insulted In-game Yuu, I don't doubt Ace would have also punched him for saying something about Eyeless-Yuu's vulnerable state and past. {Riddle wouldn't take it too far but he'd still be mean about it, he cringes at himself in shame when he randomly remembers what he said after redeeming himself after Chapter 1}

Bonus: So when Eyeless-Yuu needs help down/up stairs there are those who will hold their hand or carry them.

TWST Guys I would let date my niece (theoretically)

The reason I started playing this game was because my 10 year old niece wanted a buddy to fangirl with (she also thought I could translate the unreleased Japanese stories which… sorry, kid). As I listen to her gushing over these guys and how she wants to meet a boy like them, my auntie senses are going off on all the red flags so now I’ve been working on teaching my niece that no, hot guys does not always mean boyfie material.

So here’s the breakdown I told my niece of what I would do if any of these guys come over when she’s ready to date. It’s silly but at the same time, I’m not letting any boy, fictional or otherwise, come near my precious dear with them shades of red flags.

To clarify, this is more of their personality, I know it’s weird considering they’re fictional teenagers and she’s a real 10 year old. But still, a red flag personality is a red flag

Group Dynamics in NRC

I think that Group Dynamics in Twisted Wonderland are the funniest things ever.

Spoilers for the Stitch Event, Glorious Masquerade, Book 5, and Book 6 under the cut.

There's the obvious ones, like the first-year crew and their friendship, with them constantly making quips and having fun at each other's expense, and the dorm groups, like Azul, Jade, and Floyd, who are hilarious to watch together, or Kalim and his tired babysitter Jamil.

But then you get to the events, which introduces dynamics that we haven't seen before simply because there's so many characters and each pairing has so much potential together.

Like in the Stitch Event, where we see Floyd and Lilia being chaos buddies together. I think that if they were left alone with Stitch, they could have blown up the whole island and laughed while doing it, and we hadn't seen that before because Floyd has had no reason to interact with Lilia prior.

In Glorious Masquerade, we first see a bunch of different groupings, such as Azul with Deuce and Epel, which is hilarious because we have the two innocent freshmen and Azul, who's trying to say things with subtext that goes completely over the duo's heads. Of course, we already know that Deuce and Epel are cute together, but seeing Azul frustrated at their naivety is something new.

The other groups contain Idia, Ruggie, Silver, and Rook for one, which means that Idia's always-fun dialogue paired with Ruggie's desire to get a good deal paired with two sunshine children, a.k.a two of the light magic users.

The third group is made up of Riddle, Jamil, Malleus, and Sebek. The first three possess a certain maturity that the other first-years, not counting Jack, don't have. Sebek being the shouty crocodile that we all love adds some excitement to them. We've already seen a bit of Riddle and Jamil interaction with Book 6 and Riddle and Malleus are both Housewardens even if the latter doesn't get invited to meetings much.

Yuu, Grim, and Rollo drift among the groups, which adds some extra spice as Grim is... Grim and Yuu is friendly with basically everyone so there's not much animosity there. The friendship is something that would be boring anywhere else, but the amount of animosity between most NRC students makes it refreshing instead.

Later, the group has to split up to deal with the firelotuses and get at least one of their members to the top of the tower to ring the Bell of Solace. They drop their members in groups of two, leaving fascinating pairings, with Idia, Malleus, and Azul making it to the top.

The first pair to drop is Riddle and Epel. The two of them are somewhat commonly shipped in this fandom, but we don't actually see them together much in the actual game. Riddle is immensely talented with magic and Epel has good flying skills, so the two of them act as a diversion so the rest of the group can make it past.

Riddle obviously wants to be a good upperclassman and protect his junior, Epel, but Epel also wants to protect Riddle, which leads to a spirited conversation between them, at the end of which Epel uses his UM on Riddle to protect him and manages to divert the firelotuses until the main group rings the Bell.

Next are Jamil and Ruggie, who get separated from the main group and are forced to be left behind so the Bell can be reached. The two of them share a common willingness to dirty their hands so they can survive, which means that they're willing to use other students as bait so they can survive the night. Their UMs make this possible, and Jamil states that he's glad that he ended up with Ruggie, since the hyena beastman was the only one he could pull the trick off with.

Beyond that, Deuce gets injured in the ballroom and Rook stays behind with him so the group can progress forwards without them. The two of them interacted a little in Book 5, but it was mainly Vil speaking and I don't think they had any individual interactions, though I may be forgetting something.

This is another upperclassman wants to protect their underclassman situation. There's a cute scene where Rook is on the verge of giving up, but Deuce keeps going and Rook says that Deuce's inspired him, in the classic Rook way.

Sebek and Silver clear the way so that Malleus, Idia, and Azul can make their way up the tower. These two are together a rather lot, both in the actual game and in the fandom, either as a sibling relationship or ship, but Silver feeds into the competitiveness between them, whereas it was previously assumed that it was a one-sided thing from Sebek.

Malleus, Idia, and Azul are hilarious together.

Malleus, despite being a Housewarden like the other two, isn't seen much with them. Idia and Azul are seen together often, as members of the Board Game Club, but Malleus not so much.

Malleus' manner of speech and unique quirks are new to the other two, though Azul is quite used to Idia's social anxiety and dialogue while Idia has had plenty of time to get used to Azul and his way of working. When both Rollo and Malleus think that Azul sacrificed himself, Idia is the one that knew that the Octavinelle Housewarden had something up his sleeve.

Idia and Azul both struggle with physical activity, so while the physically and magically powerful Malleus can climb the tower with ease, the other two are struggling immensely. There's a line of dialogue that says that he couldn't carry the two up the tower because there wasn't enough room for him to carry them under his arms, which I found really funny.

I think I derailed this post somewhat, but my conclusion is that group dynamics are funny here, and if you put two people who would never in normal circumstances be near each other in the same room, I think the result would be great.

(Example: Deuce and Idia. Idia is terrified of Deuce, as he is of most people, yet shocked by his determination and also a bit thankful towards him for being Ortho's friend. Deuce initially has a high impression of Idia because of Ortho's praise, though the impression just downrails into confusion.)

you got those like Deuce, Trey, Jack, and Malleus fretting over you,

those like Deuce, Ruggie, Floyd, Kalim, Epel, Idia, and Sebek nearly bursting into tears at the mere sight of you,

and those like Riddle, Cater, Leona, Jade, Azul himself, Jamil, Vil, Rook, and Lilia watching over you like fucking HAWKS to make sure you don’t do anything. Cater, Leona (surprisingly), Jade, Rook, and Lilia aren’t too bad. Like they watch over you but like… it’s different than the other hawks. Like with these guys, you still feel like you can breathe a little.

Riddle, Azul, Jamil, and Vil have these steely gazes as they watch you, their eyes narrowing every time you get anywhere near something particularly dangerous. In their cases, they’re like your fucking wardens or something. Like their auras are almost… judgmental.

Even though the most (if not all) of the TWST cast have experienced some low lows, they just can’t understand why you would injure yourself. Like, they understand you’re going through it and you have your own battles, but like… you’re supposed to be better than them?? Why do you injure your perfect skin??

So needless to say, if word came out about you harming yourself, the response from the boys would be… smothering, to say the least.

Twisted Wonderland Monsterverse AU?

What monsters do you think each of the characters would be? (With the exception of the Beastmen, Mermen and Fae Characters since they’re technically monsters already)

These are a few ideas on what I think some of the characters might be (You can change these, since I’m mainly guessing)

I can definitely see Jamil as a Naga

Kalim makes me think of an Otter (So cute and adorable that you can forget that Otters are dangerous)

I feel like Vil would probably be a Harpy, specifically a Peacock Harpy (Very pretty, confident and can be aggressive)

Rook would probably also be a Harpy, specifically one of the Birds of Prey (He’s a Hunter after all) like a Peregrine Falcon or a species of Eagle

Idia would a God of Death, the Dead and Ruler of the Underworld and Ortho either being a Soul or Cerberus(?)

I feel like Silver would either be Human, Bear or a Bird, like a Barn Owl (They’re very cute)

Did most characters, some are more than a little obvious (given they are already creatures in Twisted Wonderland anyway).

Divus is a Selkie and is very protective over his fur.

Sam is a Shadow man (we all saw that coming).

Vargas is a minotaur.

Trein is a sphinx.

Crowley is a Crow Fae (obviously).

Ace is a Satyr and thinks playing the pan flute is dumb.

Deuce is a Faun- basically a Satyr with better horns and a stronger sense of justice, known for helping lost travelers.

Cater is a water nymph and is often seen bothering Trey while he is resting in the waters of the lake of Heartslabyul.

Che'nya is a Bakeneko- twin tailed cat that typically symbolizes bad luck.

Trey is a Kelpie centaur and often seen with Riddle as they are good friends, or Cater riding around on his back despite the usual warning that comes with trying to ride a Kelpie.

Riddle is a unicorn centaur and he hates that so many tease him about being a 'girly' creature. Very gifted with magic and extremely proud, his mother was very strict about Riddle being the perfect unicorn growing up.

Jack is a Werewolf.

Ruggie is a Gnoll.

Leona is a Nemean Lion.

Azul is a Cecaelia- basically what he is now, an octo-merman.

Jade and Floyd are Eel Mermen (predictably).

Kalim is a Genie that genuinely wants to help people and grant wishes but always winds up granting wishes that have unfortunate unforseen consequences.

Jamil is definitely a Naga, but he is the Naga that protects Kalim's lamp and treasure since Kalim is a Genie from a long line of powerful Genies.

I agree that Vil is a Peacock Harpy. He loves to preen and make a show of fanning out his tail-feathers, very proud and wickedly smart.

Neige is a mourning dove Harpy.

Rook is a Drider- spider centaur- specifically a Huntsman-Spider Drider who is a master of spinning web traps and even hunting down his prey, as Huntsman-spiders (usually the males) are voracious wandering predators. (I headcannon all Driders can spin webs)

Epel is a wood nymph, specifically of the Apple tree variety.

Idia is a Shinigami. Technically still a death-god and likely a high ranking death-god given he is already descendant of a high ranking family.

Ortho is also a Shinigami, he is still the little brother of Idia despite what happened to him, so I'm saying he is still a Shinigami.

Silver is a Cervitaur- a Deer centaur- and is just starting to get more prongs on his horns, which Lilia is absolutely thrilled with and often teases Silver about.

Lilia is a Bat Fae.

Malleus is Dragon Fae.

Sebek is a Raiju Fae.

Rollo is a Fire Nymph.

How often do the characters leave NRC?

Ik the game is focused on the school, but I feel like at least some of them would have a life outside of school

HEARTSLABYUL

Duce- it was mentioned he left to the beach to let things out before, so obviously he leaves the campus sometimes. Since he’s trying to be an honor student I can’t imagine he’d go out too much for fun, but he will to clear his head or with his friends

Ace- he’d get way to pent up if he was in the school all the time. He definitely goes out occasionally and invites the first years

Cater- All. The. Time. Both as a way to distract himself and also to keep up with the outside world.

Trey- occasionally, but mainly to get ingredients or things to decorate for unbirthday parties. And once a month he gets bulk dental supplies

Riddle- other than mandatory vaccinations, probably not. Especially early game. As he grows he might go out with Trey and Cater from time to time. But never on his own

SAVANACLAW

Jack- he leaves now and then, but not too often. During the winters he goes home for some weekends to spend time with his family and snowboard at his favorite places

Ruggie- iirc it’s mentioned he has multiple jobs. If he leaves more often than not it’s to work or find work. That and to go to a local donut shop

Leona-he can canonically drive, and also is 20. He’s not spending all his time at NRC. He’s got friends outside he meets with once or twice a week and drives Ruggie to his jobs if he can’t get the twst version of an Uber

OCTAVINELLE

Jade- he’s apart of the mountain appreciation club, so he probably goes hiking at least three times a week. He might go into a nearby town if Azul asks him to, but I can’t imagine he leaves too often

Floyd- probably joins Jade on some of his hikes and also goes into town when Azul asks. He also travels to the beach/ocean whenever he’s feeling homesick

Azul- he rarely leaves school, and if he does it’s to check up on business opportunities

SCARABIA

kalim- all the time. He takes people out, he explores the areas close by, he single handedly pays the bills for the local party barn with all of the supplies he gets. Out of anyone in the music club I think he tries to get a bunch of gigs for them, but he rarely follows through

Jamil- usually if he’s out it’s to drag kalim back to school. He’s just too busy that he doesn’t really have time for himself, especially early game. Eventually I like to think he gets out of working for kalim, and so he has a lot more time on his hands he’s not used to having. Then, he’d probably go out sometimes to go to coffee shops alone and finds a dance studio where he can destress

POMEFIORE

Epel- under Vil’s eye, probably not. Might be forced to go to ulta once or twice or on little “field trips” to learn. Mainly performances and shows

Rook- probably leaves to hunt once in a while or to go to performances or follow a target.

Vil- as mentioned before, he takes Epel on little trips to educate him, but also to study/learn from other performances himself. Also, if he has a roll obviously he’ll go to do that too

IGNIHYDE

Ortho- usually follows his brother so doesn’t stray far from campus

Idia- dude he doesn’t leave his room. No way he leaves campus on his own free will

DIASOMNIA

Silver- I don’t think he’d stray too too far from malleus so I don’t see him leaving campus much

Sebek- I feel like he wouldn’t leave campus too much to stay near Malleus or Lilia

Lilia- he goes out every week at least once. He has friends outside of school and loves to learn about the area/culture outside and near school

Malleus- mainly stays on campus because of his social awkwardness/anxiety. If he finds there’s an abandoned place outside of school he’ll probably venture there once in a while

STAFF

Just as a general thing, they all probably go out and meet up and talk about life once every two months

Crowley- asshole gets out every night instead of working. He skips work and will be out during his office hours. Like he should have a life outside of work, but he doesn’t do shit at his job

Crewel- he volunteers at the dog shelter and doesn’t live on campus.

Trein- he has a three kids, so yeah. After school he leaves to go home and probably has family dinners every Friday night at local restaurants

Sam- for sure. He has lots of clients outside of the school store and needs to get his stock from somewhere, but also he has tons of friends and doesn’t live at the school

“Are you tired of him yet?”

You were in Heartslabyul’s lounge, studying for an upcoming exam with the help of Riddle, Trey and Cater (mainly Riddle and Trey).

Cater, who had been scrolling through Magicam, suddenly asked you that question.

“Tired of who?” You knew who he meant, but you decided to play dumb.

“Come on—you know who.” He slung an arm over your shoulder. “I was scrolling through your feed, and like, I see all these cute pictures of you, but none of your boo—”

You rolled your eyes. “You know that he doesn’t care for all that—”

“But what about you? Don’t you care?” He pushed. “I mean—you’re dating a prince!”

You sighed. “So doesn’t that mean that what I’m doing makes sense.”

He nodded. “Sure, sure—but he literally just posted an hour ago.” He shoved his phone on your nose.

The picture was candid, Leona was looking outward to the horizon. His face was relaxed, and his lips were slightly upturned.

You smiled.

“Cater, either get back to studying, or leave.” Riddle scolded him.

“My B, Riddle.” He shifted back into his seat.

You spent the rest of your time thinking about what exactly had Leona smiling like that.

“Okay guys, I’m gonna go now—bye!” It was halfway through lunch, and knew Leona was getting impatient (and so were you, you wanted to see him now).

“You’re deliverin’ his food again?” Jack asked, scratching the back of his head. “Aren’t you tired of doing that for him?”

You frowned. “Is there an issue with me going to spend time with my partner?”

“No, I don’t mean like that. I just mean—”

You cut him off. “The issue is me bringing him the food. Okay, but why wasn’t it an issue when Ruggie did it?”

“Because Ruggie had a motive.” Epel, surprisingly, answered. “He’s got me caught up in that shi—stuff before, too.” He rolled his eyes, frowning bitterly.

“So, I have to have a motive to see my partner?”

“I think what they mean,” Ortho began, “is that they feel like you’re being used by Leona Kingscholar, and they don’t like that.”

Your frown lessened a bit. You guess you understood where they were coming from. Epel knew Leona from Magishift, and from what you’ve heard he could be pretty stringent. Jack knew him as his Dorm Leader, someone who had saved his bushy tail from getting jumped by 30 of his peers, but he did let him get beat on a bit before he stepped in (beat the lesson in his head literally). And Ortho mainly knew him from information gathered online, other students' words-of-mouth testimonies and his brother, Idia’s ramblings and tangents.

You held back a sigh, instead choosing to smile. “I get it. Thanks for worrying about me, but I’m fine—we’re fine.”

Yes, you were fine.

“Alone again?” Your lips flattened at the question.

After your last exam of the day, you decided that you were going to treat yourself to the new drink at the Monstro Lounge.

Or, at least, you were attempting to.

Jade had been suspiciously waiting on you more than the rest of the customers, and you knew that this was for a reason other than good customer service because now Azul had decided to grace you with his presence.

“That Leona Kingscholar, I can’t believe that he would leave you here all by your lonesome…” He placed a hand over his chest. “Aren’t you tired of him, my dear?”

You stood, shoving the thaumarks against his chest. “The drink was wonderful.” You spit, stepping past him, and out the lounge.

You weren’t going to listen to his shit.

“Yo! The party has arrived!” Ace called as he and Deuce entered Ramshackle. After the Halloween incident, Ace had basically bullied Crowley into giving him (and a few trusted others) a spare set of keys.

“Why is it so quiet…?” Deuce wondered as the two entered the common room.

“…with Leona…” Grim answered through a yawn.

Ace groaned, plopping down on the couch. “Lammee. We already had this planned out.”

“Maybe the Perfect forgot?” Deuce supplied. “We did just finish our back-to-back exams.”

“Nah, got a call from Leona…didn’t hear what he said, but …myrah rushed out the door before I could ask.” He rolled over on his back, pawing at his belly. “I’m used to it.”

“Used to it?” Ace raised a brow. “This happen often?”

“Yeah” He shrugged.

“Really? Are you really okay with that, Grim?” Deuce asked, peering over at Grim, whose face truly didn’t give anything away.

“You sure you’re okay with being left here alone so often?” Ace pushed, “Aren’t you tired of that?”

He shrugged. “My hench-human is happy, so I’m happy.” He paused, then smirked wide. “Plus, I was given the okay to eat whatever I wanted. Nyehhehe!”

Deuce sighed and shook his head, while Ace stood, nodding toward the door.

“Well come on then, you can crash with us tonight.” He smirked. “We might even be able to get Trey to make us some sweets.”

“Tired of me yet?” Out of all the people to ask—

You were surprised that it took this long.

You sighed (you had been sighing a lot lately), a bit more huffy than you meant. “No.”

You were currently lounging in Leona’s room after dealing with Rook and Floyd, who had been lingering around the Savanaclaw Mirror. For some reason, the two were more susceptible to your words, so after a short exchange they vacated the area.

Leona, who was laying with his head in your lap (fighting off the rumble in his chest as your fingers carded through his hair), stared at you, but said nothing.

You closed your eyes, scared of looking past the surface of the chartreuse gaze. “Sorry, it’s just… I've been asked that a lot lately.”

“Oh? Small world…” His voice was flat, but your ears didn’t miss the way that it started off breathy. “Well, if that’s the case then—” He started to raise up, but you pushed him back down gently.

“I sent them straight, don't worry. Cater was confused about why we don’t have any pictures up on my Magicam, but I’m okay with that— I know how you don’t like taking pictures like that.

“Jack, Epel and Ortho—well mainly Jack— were worried that me taking food to you was like you were trying to take advantage of me. Like I had become your new Ruggie, but with more benefits.

“And then Azul.” Your lip curled, eyes snapping open. “Fuck him especially.”

“What did he say?” There was an obvious edge to his tone.

You rolled your eyes. “He didn’t say much, but ugh! It’s just the way that he talks—Seven, I wanna punch him.”

“Snrk!” The snort became full-blown laughter that had his chest rumbling. “You’re gonna punch the Cephalo-punk?”

“I just might, yeah.” You nodded at him.

He fell quiet again, gaze searching yours. Then the corners of his mouth dropped, and he sighed.

“There does need to be change.” He sat up, this time with no push back from you. He adjusted himself to face you full, then grabbed your hands. “Do you want pics of us on your Magicam? In general?”

You pursed your lips then nodded. “…I’d like that, yeah.”

“Okay, I can try to do that. I can also come and get my own lunch, but you best believe that I’ll be taking you back out with me.”

You bit your lip, trying to fight the growing smile. “Yeah, that’s fine—Oh! But what about Grim?” Leona raised a brow, so you continued. “I can’t just keep leaving him by himself. He’s basically a kid…”

At the mention of the word ‘kid’ his face scrunched up, he relented regardless. “Yeah, I get it. I guess I can come over there, and—”

“And spend the night? I mean we have been working on those guest rooms, and there’s plenty of them and I think it would be if you—”

Warm, supple lips pressed against your own, making you putty against it.

“Let’s go shopping this weekend for my stuff, alright?”

“Tired of me yet?”

“After all these years?” You paused as you tapped a finger against your lips, the glint of the metal wrapped around it glittering in the morning sun. “Of course not. If anything, I yearn more for you.”

“You are so corny.” He said through a bubble of laughter.

You grabbed his face, gently pulling him to yours, and enveloped him in a kiss.

“Happy birthday, My King.”

Fool's Ramblings #14: Condescending Attitudes

Warnings: Toxic mindset , unhealthy relationship and unequal power dynamics. May or may not interpreted as Yandere. More of an AU, not an HC

Characters mentioned:Main cast Foreword: I think most know that MC/Yuu is powerless in NRC, but the extent of its gravity isn't as tackled, mainly because they're resilient and adapt quite quickly. Their actions are greatly limited by their environment and even if they could defend themselves to a certain extent, they can't stand alone and still need the aide of Grim and even their friends. Whatever tricks they have up their sleeves need someone else's assistance to come to fruit. They're not fully helpless, but they are definitely limited by their circumstances. If they weren't able to make friends from the beginning, they would had been suffocated by the isolation or bullied relentlessly. No matter how good of a swimmer you are, no fish can survive in boiling waters.

The Prefect being treated conscendingly by everyone, even their friends, while staying in NRC!

They're clearly the odd one out, being a stranger to the world, while also being a magicless human.

Its blatantly obvious how the rest of the student body despises them and finds them unnatural and a nuisance, but what's worse is how even Yuu's close friends and upperclassmen do the same. They may be more subtle about it, how they look down and patronize Yuu, and even some may view them more favorably but the condescension stays.

Poor magicless prefect who causes trouble.

Its not your fault you don't know anything. You don't even understand the world!

Not your fault you're so powerless!

Some show their condescension in different ways:

*Finds them amusing, like a spectacle or novelty: Malleus, Jade,Floyd, Rook, Cater,Lilia

*Patronizing, sees Yuu as helpless/needs protection:Trey, Deuce,Jack, Silver,Kalim,Neige,Rollo,Epel

*Wants to Guide and correct them but is also a harsh critic:Riddle, Vil

*Wants to take advantage of their naivity/feels good about themselves because of it:Azul, Jamil,Ruggie,Idia

*Sees them as foolish and out of line:Sebek, Leona, Ace

Each one also overlapping in other categories.They may even have a sense of fondness or acknowledge some of Yuu's abilities, however its not enough.

If its a Yandere Scenario, Romantic or Otherwise, Yuu/Prefect rejections of their advances is viewed as an insult.

COMMENTS: The last part of the Meaningful Kisses series. These were the four least voted characters, however, I had a lot of fun writing them.

Meaningful Kiss (Riddle, Leona, Azul, Jamil, Vil, Idia, Malleus)

Meaningful Kiss 2 (Ace, Deuce, Jack, Epel, Sebek)

Meaningful Kiss 3 (Ruggie, Jade, Kalim, Silver, Lilia)

CONTEXT: This can be seen as if you were at the beginning of the relationship, or already in an established relationship.

Cater is into PDA for sure! He likes to be lovey-dovey and flirtatious. And especially enjoys showing it on his social media. EVERYONE knows about your relationship. You are "that" couple. Or at least that's what Cater's photos and PDA suggest.

Whenever you two are together, you are glued to each other. He will always have one or both arms around you. Especially if you are on a date. Of course, if you're not that into PDA yourself, he'll respect it, but in that case you'll have spoil him with cuddles in private, kay~?

However, this fact that Cater likes to show his feelings for you in public and on social media will end up bringing you some "hate". People saying he's only with you because your relationship is aesthetic pleasing. That you like to have coordinated clothes is just a facade for an exaggerated and false romanticism.

He gets a little sad and hurt when people say bad things about him in the relationship, like when they imply that he's just using you. But whenever an attack is directed at you, like when saying that a person like you doesn't deserve a boyfriend like him, the people pleaser side of him disappears. And he starts using his social and conversational skills to defend you, even if he has to insult the other person to do so. This is if it is IRL, which rarely happens. On social media, he just deletes the comment and blocks the person. Good vibes only.

But of course you also feel bad when you read or hear things like that. A lot of people criticize the fact that Cater only shows the good parts and that's why it's all fake. Of course he only shows the good things, that's what social media is for. He likes the popularity and all that, but, unlike certain influencers, he knows what limits are. He would never publish anything bad about you, much less humiliating like an argument or you crying. Mainly because at these times, if they happen, he will be more concerned with consulting you or making you feel better to the point of forgetting his cell phone somewhere.

This can lead to his most meaningful kisses. The ones he gives you when these things affect you, to prove that those things people say are lies and they don't know anything. When he is hugging you and saying cute and funny things to make you feel better. Everything he does in public he also does in private, including kissing your cheeks and lips. But this specific kiss is one that is exclusive to the private sector.

It's not extravagant like the ones he usually gives you, this one is soft, sensitive, and slow by his standards. Basically the opposite of what he usually shows himself to be. You feel that they are calm and that he is enjoying the moment.

Trey is not really into PDA. I mean, it's not like he's averse to it, but it's just not his thing. He is a simple man, he shows and knows how to see love in small things. That and he's not, shall we say, the flashy and extra type. Too much attention can embarrass him.

However, even though he's not much of a show-off, he thinks it's fun to mess with you in public without anyone seeing. Like kissing your cheek discreetly and casually when no one else is paying attention to you and surprising you in the process. Beside that, you continue to behave like good friends. Nothing very different from how he would treat any other friend.

In private, it often doesn't change much. Just like I said, he's a guy who likes his peace and quiet. So the two of you end up looking like a long-term couple even if you aren't yet. However, it is also in private that he feels most comfortable hugging and kissing you. He's more welcoming to you doing the same to him.

If there's one type of surprise he's a fan of, it's you hugging him from behind when he's cooking. Many of your cutest moments happen in the kitchen. He likes to have you as a tester to his food and sweets.

The problem is when he feels more naughty and takes advantage of your trust in him to use his signature spell to change the flavor of what you taste to play a trick on you. For example, you're expecting to taste the sweetness of strawberry cake, but instead you taste the saltiness of an oyster. He will laugh at your reaction and your sulky face.

Then he will apologize, without regret for what he did, and that won't be enough for you. By feeling comfortable being himself with you, you'll end up getting to know his cheekier side. He hugs you around the waist with his rare smug expression and his gaze fixed on you. He's "really sorry" but maybe he can redeem himself. He runs his thumb over your slice of cake to remove some of the icing and puts it on his own lips. Why don't you try it again? No tricks this time, he promises.

And this leads to his most meaningful kisses. Not the soft, sweet, affectionate ones he usually gives you in private, but the ones that show that sassy side of him that most people don't think exists.

It depends on Floyd’s mood, obviously. But as a general rule, he likes PDA, more giving than receiving. He likes to be in control of these things, he doesn't like to be the one being "squished", you know.

He does what he wants, if he wants to hug you, he will hug you, if he wants to kiss you, he will kiss you. And no one will even have the courage to look at him the wrong way. No one wants to get in trouble with an Octavinelle student, especially Floyd Leech. This ends up guaranteeing you instant security and a sense of immunity. Everyone will know that you are together, not in a gossip way, but more in a sense of warning other students of the danger of messing with you.

He will hug you and kiss you however he wants, whenever he is with you. This part doesn't differ much from public to private (with one or two exceptions of course, chill!) If anyone can be embarrassed by PDA here, it's you, because he's never embarrassed. If others have a problem with it, that's their problem, and if they upset him... well... let's just say it will be the first and last time.

His affection only fluctuates when he is in a bad mood, and he becomes even more unpredictable. You can never predict whether he's in an "I want to be alone" bad mood or an "I want to hug you like a stuffed animal" grumpy mood. Either way, you don't need to know because he'll tell you. When he's in a bad mood he's not one to make people guess what he wants, he'll tell them directly and specifically.

Floyd’s good-mood kisses range from casual and lazy kisses just because to passionate and cheeky kisses to mess with you. But surprisingly, his most meaningful kisses are when he's in a bad mood and wants to be with you.

Just like he secretly likes to entertain and cheer you up when you're in a bad mood, he loves that you can do the same for him. He can be very clingy when he's in "I want you to hug" grumpy mood. He likes that you let him hug and kiss you however he wants to make him feel better.

This may lead to him starting to kiss your cheeks, moving on to your neck and finally your lips. His kisses are like his mood, in this case, grumpy, but not for long. Kissing you is fun for him, so you'll start to feel the kiss change at the same time as his mood. His pout starting to change into a lazy smile. And if you're not “careful” and he ends up in a REALLY good mood...

If words of affection could be considered PDA, well, I think you know. Rook is a man of words and everyone knows it. Some even know it too well. Prepare to receive the same treatment as Vil.

Surprisingly, he's not much of a toucher. He’ll never think twice before greeting you with charming words and a tender kiss on the cheek, or on the back of your hand like a prince, but never on your lips. At least not initiated by him.

He won't take the initiative to hold your hand or hug you. He will only do so if you ask or in response to your initiative. In this case he will gently hold your hand and caress it with his thumb, or hug you gently as if you were a precious little thing.

And why? One of the reasons is because he likes it when you ask. There's something about the need for his touch that he enjoys. Luring you with words to deliberately make you fall into the “trap” of wanting his touch. And the more “difficult” you are, the more he loves it.

Another reason is that, when hunting, touching the prey is usually the last step, right after finally catching it. He's a hunter, not a pet owner. He uses words because they are his bait, physical touch is the prize. And he likes that each other's touch is as much a reward for you as it is for him. He wants to make you want him as much as he wants you.

And that's why true physical touch only happens in private. He likes to show through words how much he likes something or someone, but he is also a man of secrets, and how he enjoys the prize of having you in his arms is one of the secrets between the two of you. Especially because his touch manages to be as flattering and appreciative as his words.

He likes to run  his hands over you like someone appreciating a work of art. Kiss your neck and lips like someone savoring an exquisite delicacy. And these are his most meaningful kisses. Kisses of appreciation, of care, of passion and at a certain point, of desire, for a prize that can slip out of his hands at any moment because you have your own free will and that is exciting.

What Are The Native Languages of TWST Characters? (PT. 1)

Note these are all in my opinion, in no way are these all canon things! Part One - Part Two - Part Three Heartslabyl, Savanaclaw, and Octavinelle characters are all featured down below. While in part two there is Scarabia, Pomefiore, and Ignihyde. And finally in part three you can find Diasomnia and the Night Raven College Staff Members, with Grim and My AU! MC

Heartslabyul

Due to the linkage between the story of Alice in Wonderland being set in Victorian England, these characters all have a certain form of the language that they natively speak or can speak.

Savanaclaw

As being set inside of Africa, mainly places such as Kenya, this dorm's trio of characters all mainly have a linkage to said African languages. That is besides Jack Howl, who lives in a more winter terrain. So, I'll link him to somewhere such as Norway.

Savanaclaw x Siren!Reader

He knew something was wrong when you were an hour late to your daily cuddle session with him, so he opened his phone just to see a text from Azul. He let out an annoyed sigh as he opened the text, only to jump up and rush to Octavinelle as fast as he could because lo and behold: you had been turned into a siren.

Once he got there, the Lounge owner led you to where you were. He let out a small gasp upon seeing you swimming about: you looked so graceful and in your element. He called out to you by saying herbivore, and you met him at the water’s edge.

Fortunately, as Azul led him to you, he had warned the lion to not let you kiss him as he could be locked under your spell for eternity. Usually he doesn’t take advice from the other Housewardens, but this was one of the exceptions. However, with you having that luring look in your eyes, he knew that it would be the challenge of the century.

Then there was your song that he had to worry about. He was the only one who could hear it, and it haunted him in his dreams. All he could see was you calling out to him and looking so lonely. He didn’t know why his heart was tugging at him to go to you, but on the last night of you in this form, he followed through.

Upon seeing your face once again, Leona finally understood what sailors went through when they heard a siren song. His heart was pounding hard against his chest as you propelled yourself up to meet his lips halfway. Then, you pulled him into the water.

Thankfully, this was as the clock struck 12. So that meant the grumpy lion was not caught in your spell. But, since you had transformed back into his normal herbivore, he did have to carry you to Savanaclaw because your legs were wobbly. He did make you pay for the hard work through making you act as his pillow.

Ruggie Bucchi

He let out a few snickers when Jack had told him that you were transformed into a siren because of an accident in class, but he went to Octavinelle to see you. After all, you both had a routine where after school you would give him kisses and head pats upon seeing each other.

When he got there, the tweels actually led him to you, and he thought you looked breathtaking. Jade told him something that he did not pay attention to, mainly because you had noticed that your boyfriend was now here and thus his focus was now on you.

It would have done him some good to listen to the eel because he had warned the hyena that a kiss on the lips from you could mean that he would be stuck under your song. However, no kisses were delivered besides on your cheek because Ruggie had to go back to Leona since he still had a job to do.

But your voice and song had him under a trance throughout the next seven days. His actions were often thoughtless until someone mentioned your name. Sometimes you weren’t even singing. You were just using your voice and saying things like ‘I miss you, Ruggie’. He eventually caved in and went to go see you.

Once he did lay his eyes upon you on the final night, where your power was at its peak, his mind went empty as he went purely on instinct. His instincts were telling him to kiss you and answer your pleads for him, and so he did. The kiss didn’t break even when you pulled him into the water with you as the clock struck midnight.

The next day, he luckily wasn’t stuck under your song. He was glad that you were back to normal, though. But if your legs are wobbly from a week of having a tail, he doesn’t blame you and doesn’t mind helping you around the place.

Jack Howl

He was there when you were partnered up with Ace, and he was already on-edge because that guy was known for messing things up. So, imagine his not-so-surprised look when he saw that the Heartslabyul student had indeed messed up and spilled the potion. However, you turned into a siren, and he had to quickly carry you to Octavinelle so your scales didn’t dry out.

When he went to put you in the water, he went in as well so he didn’t throw you in. Azul and the tweels had warned him about your song and to not get entranced, so he tried to leave as fast as he could. He was about to climb out of the pool, when you started speaking.

You used your siren voice to plead with him not to leave and that you would be so lonely without him. Jack was trying so hard not to give in, but his heart and his mind were telling him that he needed to kiss you. It didn’t help that you wrapped your arms around his muscular one and looked at him with puppy dog eyes. But his resolve remained steadfast and he left.

Eventually, an entire week had passed, and every single night and day all he could think of was the sad look you gave him when he left each day he went to visit you. Your voice was in his mind when he worked out, when he went to class, when he went to sleep. It soon got to be too much for the wolf’s heart and he went to visit you on the seventh day.

And lo and behold: there you were, waiting for him. He didn’t exactly notice that until later, but right now he was just answering your calls for him. He actually went into the water so he could be closer to you, which was a mistake on his part considering time was almost up and you wanted to kiss him. Eventually, you propelled yourself up a little and wrapped your arms about his neck and placed your lips on his.

The next day, he definitely missed his morning workout. But, you were back to normal so he takes his losses. In addition to that, he wasn’t stuck under your curse because you kissed him as the clock struck 12. You both were incredibly lucky.
