Opinion:

While not a ship I normally seek out, its pure popularity makes it unavoidable and so I’ve grown to love them. This fic employs my absolute favourite trope, not everyone is gay. I like the focus on one ship at a time and too many gets overwhelming to me, and more often than not overshadows what I came for.

Superb characterisation of the BatFam™️.

For what it was I appreciate how short the chapters were. Around chapter 8 I started to get a bit side tracked, but thats a testament to my ability to focus rather than a decline in quality.

Perfect long fic for when you just want to read more day in the life.

You sighed when you were pulled back into the bed by the arms around your torso.

"C/n," You whined, "I need to get up!" You tried to pry their arms around your waist off, but it wasn't any use.

"No!" They whined back, burying their face into the crook of your neck. "It's so early.. You can stay a few more minutes, they won't care."

"I guarantee you they will," you told them, "I've been late because of you enough!"

They didn't respond. You would guess they've already fallen back asleep if it wasn't for their arms tightening around you.

"Sorry, love, but you're not going anywhere." They told you, giving the base of your neck where it connected to your shoulder a kiss.

You sighed in annoyance, "Sometimes you annoy me so much that I want to start planning our wedding, just so I can very publicly divorce you."

You felt their amused smile against your neck. You couldn't help but smile, too. You knew you had to get up, or else you'd be late for the fourth time this week. But in all honesty.. You didn't want to leave their warm embrace, just like they didn't want you to leave it either.

Damian: Are you seriously saying your loyalty to us is greater than your duty to the world?

Elle: Day I would crack the universe in half and devour the souls everyone who ever so much mildly inconvenienced you two if you asked.

DC x DP prompt

Soulmate au where you get the last nickname/title your soulmate was called appear on your body after you both turn fifteen. However, soulmates, especially multiple soulmates, are an anomaly to the point most don’t look for the words on their skin, with only 2% of people having one, and very few talk about soulmates. Very few also talk about how superhero names count as titles.

Sam knows her soulmates are heroes. The names ���Spoiler’ and ‘Black Bat’ have shown up enough times for her to get the hint. Still, she hopes she meets them as ‘Steph’ and ‘Cass’ soon.

Tucker can’t wait to meet his soulmates. He already knows one of them is a hero, ‘Red Robin’ but he doesn’t know much about the other one, since theirs only so much the name ‘Shaggy lookalike’ can do.

Danny is so excited to meet his soulmates! Both of his soulmates are aliens! One of them is ‘Miss Martian’, an actual Martian! The other was ‘Superboy’! He was so excited to meet them.

However, the young justice team, who were with the Justice League getting ready to greet the king of the infinite realms and his ambassadors, were not expecting the titles on their arms to change to match the ones Constantine was calling the ambassadors.

The Amity Parkers, Part 2

So, let’s go over some recent events.

Several New Teachers have arrived at Gotham Academy, those teachers being Doctor Daniel “Danny” Fenton, Dash Baxter, Danielle “Dani” Masters, and the new therapist Paulina Sanchez. These teachers have done, many, things to the curriculum of the school, with some more notable changes being the following.

1: Creating and teaching the formula for toxins and gasses used by Gotham Rogues, naturally creating a new form of defense the students could safely practice.

2:Taught then everything they could possibly need to survive a natural or unnatural disaster, making a School Medic Team from a survivalist club they’d started some time at the end of the first semester of the year.

3: Ruined Lex Luther AND Superman at the same time for custody of Connor Kent Masters (Connor likes the Kents, despite his Originals treatment of him). And now he was a student at the school, catching up in leaps and bounds to his fellow students while also constantly hanging out with Tim during rest periods.

4: Shown the entire County that they were lucky they’re Inspiration for teaching and Fentons parents hadn’t been the ones to take the reigns, because they were worse by at least one league of magnitude.

5: Getting more classes added that were on paper optional but due to Gotham being, well, Gotham, most students took them, from the custom engineering class to basic understandings of magic, because apparently Gotham was littered with super haunted/magical points.

And finally

6: The creation of portals, though you have to pass several tests and qualify for a college degree in engineering at minimum with the approval of Doctor Fenton AND his parents before partaking in the class.

Okay you wanna know what bothers me about a ton of us in the DC fandom? Connor Kent. He was short shafted so hard so much that if his buddy and life/chaos mate Tim went supervillain he wouldn't even question why, just where to aim because Tim and young Justice? Saw for the most part and accepted first he was just a little kid in a grown up body. He wasn't a CLONE of Luthor and Kal-el. He was a Child made of them. That's what a kid is Ffs. A human(ish) made with the genetics of two others as their donors. Not a copy of one or the other but of both mashed together. And the name Kara gave him? What the Fuck my guys. She named him "Unwanted of the House of Hope" what the fuck? Just, the rich ruling class of your original home world had designer babies most of all and yet you're going to be racist on how a Baby was created? Clark you didn't even grow up there, and I bet you my raccoon bone collection that Kal-els dad did Not include the pop culture packet or what the street food on the lower levels tasted like or like Kryptonian pop music since he was ramming all this scientific bullcrap onto the ship. Like no. Connor was just a child with as much or most definitely More Trauma than Clark had at having a Son made out of extra space splooge/blood with your 'Nemisis'

Side note anyone else remember the one 80s ish superman comic where we find out Clark had a Pincer on the end of his alien Dick or "latching on"

Nomad motioned to the towering, vaguely vampire-looking buff dude with literal flaming hair what the fuck, “Dan, this is everyone. Everyone this is Dan. He’s my…” Nomad trailed off and blinked, a look of confused befuddlement on her face as she let the sentence hang for too long.

“Huh…” She said considering, looking up at vampire-dude, Dan apparently, with a confused furrow on her brow. “You know this is the first time I’ve ever had to try and explain our relationship to each other and I’m drawing a blank and what exactly to call you. Uncle? Dad? Brother? Like, I think you could technically be considered all three.”

What the fuck did that mean??? Kon snapped his attention over to meet Tim’s masked gaze, the look of wild confusion Kon was sure was on his own face mirrored there. Around the meeting room confused and worried looks were being shared by the rest of the League. Which like, yeah, what in the Habsburgs was happening here for all of those terms to be applicable?

“Well, you’re Danny’s Mirror, so if you consider him your dad then it stands to reason I’m also your father.” Dan said, hand coming up to his - literally flaming, how did that work? - goatee thoughtfully.

“Yeah but like, I call Danny dad just to piss Vlad off.” Nomad countered, toying with her severed arm with her still attached hand. Kon didn’t think he’d ever get over how casual she was about being literally disarmed and just…not caring. “And I definitely don’t see you as a dad. Uncle?”

The giant of a ghost shook his head with a frown, “Implies that Danny and I are brothers, which could work but gives our relationship kind of a weird vibe. I feel more like his father than anything.”

“Gramps, then?”

“No.”

Nomad laughed, “Fair, wouldn’t want to take the title of Grampa away from CW. Besides we’re both half Vlad, so I think brother works best here.” She frowned, looking thoughtful, “Maybe half brother?”

Dan considered, “Half-brother could work. Though it gives Vlad more credit than he deserves.”

“Oh come on, can you imagine the look on his face if we went in together on suing him for child support?” Nomad asked, fanged grin wicked. Dan’s face lit up at the idea, and Kon felt like they were rapidly heading towards the two ghosts running off to go and go torment whoever this Vlad guy was rather then them help deal with the current demonic problem at hand.

“Can you please explain what any of that means?” Kon asked, more a squeak than anything else. He was starting to get a headache.

I'm still not a 100% sure on how the justice league found her. Maybe they did a dna scan or baby super bat escaped and created chaos because she's still a Lil baby and she can't control her powers? ( if you have any ideas please share them)

For the first few weeks she would probably stay in the hall of justice till the figure out what they would do with her.

I think Jon would actually kinda adore having a little sibling. Meanwhile with Damian I think it would take a while for him to warm up to a younger sibling. Being the only child of Bruce .

Imagine her and Connor bonding, they have a cute little bond about both being clones. He maybe a little protective of her too.

Even the batgirls adore the little superbat.

Barbara thinks she is just adorable and can't help but coddle the toddler a little bit,sure the kid has super dna in her but it's just the big eyes.

Stephanie also fell for the big eyes, she and Cass are both so curious about the traits the baby superbat had got from Batman and Superman.

She had in fact flight, she has to kept in the base because she randomly starts flying and giggling.

Cue one of the sups flying and grabbing the kid.

Bruce who already has a lot of kids and offers to take her in, it wouldn't be strange for Bruce to adopt another kid.

Clark and the rest of the Kent family are more than welcome to visit.

Alfred welcomes the little superbat with open arms, another young Wayne to keep him young

Bruce waits till little superbat is used to a few weeks, before he introduces her to the public.

Of course the Lil superbat isn't used to all the attention and she clings onto Bruce.

Of course all the batfam was there to support her. And she loves all her siblings, because all of them have a cute little bonding activity.

You walked around with a small piece of kryptonite that you stole from your dad's stash he kept in the Batcave. Why did you take it? Because it was shiny. You were looking for any of your brothers, who was willing to help You cause chaos.

Along your little walk you saw Connor walking the same direction as you. You smirked and hid the piece of kryptonite behind your back. "Hey Connor. Where you heading to?" You 'innocently' asked "Training." He mummers, quickly grabbing your hand as you tried to slip the kryptonite in his pocket. "Stop." He said walking away. For the rest of the walk you followed him and kept doing the same thing until Bruce, or Batman stopped you.

"I told you to stop taking these." He said taking the shiny item away from you, slipping it in his own pocket as Clark gave him a wary look. "Your lucky I let you and Damian have swords or daggers". You fake pouted before walking away to find your younger brother.

"Their going to kill each other one day." Bruce sighed "You let them have daggers?" Clark asked "Damian has swords. He has daggers. I makes him feel safe." Bruce explained "Well now I don't feel safe." Clark said "I'm not giving you a dagger." Bruce said.

FEW WEEKS LATER....

Again, you were trying to get on Connors nerves.

You guys were in the hallway alone. "Connor! I'm bored!" You whined. "Not my problem." He said pushing you away. "Well, if you don't want me to get kryptonite and bother you...." You started. Before you knew it, Connor had pinned against the wall. You smirked and gave him a kiss. He blushed for a minute before kissing you back.

"Brat." He said "Love you too!" You said.

NOW

You and Connor were inside your room at the manor. He sat on your bed as you admired your dagger collection and your shiny promise bracelet from your boyfriend. With a dagger, some shiny coins, and maybe a small piece of kryptonite you went back over and sat with Connor.

"Take it out of your pocket." He mumbled holding you close. You sighed and took the kryptonite out of your pocket.

"Did you know Jason was revived by using Lazarus pit?"

"How do you know this?"

"My mother was there."

"You concern me."

You two ended up falling asleep with you holding you dagger and shiny coins close to you.

Dick opened you door "Hey! Bruce wants to see......" He cut himself off as he saw you two laying together. Dick smiled and closed the door. "What's wrong?" Tim asked as Dick came back downstairs "Our baby brother has a boyfriend!" He announced. Bruce and Damian who weren't paying attention looked up. "How do you know?" Jason asked "Their cuddling in his room.

"Who is it?" Jason asked "Connor!" Dick replied. Damian looked at his father "Do I have permission to kill my dear brother's boyfriend for that action?" He asked. Bruce nodded "Don't kill just hurt him."

He kept fantasizing about his escape and his saviors who would free him from this hell. He thought he imagined every possible scenario under the sun… What he didn’t imagine was a boy in spandex, a leather jacket, and circular shades bickering with a very strange red-haired kid in white and red spandex zipping around and knocking GIW workers out as a black-haired kid wearing a domino mask and dressed as a traffic light typed into a wrist computer to hack open his cell door.
