Muscle mommy/ daddy Chloe, please enlighten me: when the hell am I supposed to take creatine? Cause I’m really so clueless. I started working out three weeks ago, should I wait?
hiiiii!
youre supposed to take creatine every day, 3-6 g! a lot of people do a loading phase but you dont have to do that, i started taking 6g and have been taking it every day since. it makes you hold a bit of water, so if your goal is fat loss that might throw you off a little in terms of water weight but it does make your muscles look a bit bigger and it gives you strength so i recommend it to anyone trying to gain muscle which is overall beneficial for your health no matter what :p

How To: Boost Your Metabolism :D
(as someone who lost 25 lbs in 2.5 months)
1. B6 & B12 boosts metabolism (you can take B6 without food, but B12 absorbs better with food) - These vitamins give you more energy and improve nerve health :D
2. Coffee/Energy Drinks/Caffeine Pills (duh) - Anything with caffeine will keep you alert, focused, and lose those pounds! Be aware of those high sugar/cal monsters or those fatty coffee drinks.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar - I find it helps with burning food/ making me less hungry. You can get these in pill form or dilute it
4. Warm lemon water/Teas - Very low cals, better water intake, debloats you. Again be careful of the sugar contents
5. Exercise like pilates, running/walking, weights, yoga, etc. - Easy way to gain muscle/lose fat- Basically resistance training
7. Fasting - Boosts your metabolism and overall health
8. Proteins!! Protein + gaining muscle will increase metabolism. As you st⭐️rve, still keep eating those proteins!!
9. Sleep!! Getting less than 6 hours of sleep will decrease your metabolism

so i wont compare myself as much to others
so i will be able to always fit cute, small clothes
so i wont worry about my stomach
so people will like me more
so if a boy ever likes me ill be small and dainty for him
so people will be amazed at how small i am
so people wont even believe i can weigh so little
looking cute and thin in pretty dresses!!
summer/warm weather!!
so i can learn to love myself
so i can feel happy
so i will look effortlessly good because of how small i will be
so i can be guys' crushes
so people will admire me
so people will talk to me more
so people will worry about me
so i can be small and fragile
so people might be jealous
revenge on the guy who played w me (bonus!)
and also..
so i can workout without hating it
so i can be less hungry
so i will have more self-control
so i will be more active
so i will look good in photos and videos
I am determined to do this, even if I fail one day, I will get on track the next.

frozen cherries - only 70kcal a cup and really good, I add a sprinkle of 0kcal sweetener on mine 🤍
green tea lattes - 15kcal, I make mine with a half cup almond milk, sucralose, and a 0kcal coffee syrup and green tea ofc🤍
diet soda - my personal favorite is zero sugar root beer, it makes me feel full so I don’t eat🤍
sugar free jello - 5kcal a cup, cherry is the best flavor obviously 🤍
soup - progressos light pot roast is soooooo good and 150kcal for the whole can. condensed cream of chicken and broccoli cheddar are also really good and less than 200kcal per can🤍
halotop ice cream - 300kcal a pint, need I say more ? birthday cake is the elite flavor🤍
skinnypop popcorn - 140kcal a bag, but still yummy and pretty filling🤍
instant oatmeal - less than 150kcal, I loveeee the strawberry and cream one🤍
cauliflower rice - 25kcal a cup and SOOO filling, I add a can of chicken for 80kcal and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning and it’s amazing 🤍
