World's Finest #24 really went "Here is all the suffering 22!Clark is enduring... but also here is something Kingdom Come didn't give you, and that is what their kids would look like all grown up!"

Look at Jon! The Superman suit, but the Wonder Woman belt and bracelets and the white stars on his pants!!! THIS IS THEIR SON! I have ALWAYS wanted to see who Jon would take after and I love that he didn't flat-out just become a carbon-copy of his dad but that he incorporated his mom in there too.

AND THEIR DAUGHTER!! LOOK AT LARA RIGHT BEHIND HER BROTHER.

Because if Jon is this big? Then that woman is too young to be Diana, who is canonically already middle-aged looking by the time her and Clark get together. Also, the costume too is an all new golden suit and not the Golden Eagle suit of Diana's, the addition of the red cape makes her look more like taking elements of both her parents too. It also feels like a nod to the one canon visual we have of their eldest daughter, where she lays in Clark's arms and wears a red cape.

IT'S THEM. It's Earth-22's Jonathan Kent II and their second born, their daughter who, considering the track-record of SuperWonder daughters, ought to be Lara Prince-Kent.

I may not have gotten any SuperWonder interactions in this arc, but with that one image alone I feel so well-fed.

Random things I like to hc (part 1)

- Constantine calling Batman "love" anytime.

"Good plan, love. Now, if I may add..."

- Diana constantly fighting the urge to add multiple times in the footnotes of her research papers : "*I know that because I was there."

- Clark feeling some type of way whenever anyone from the Batfam calls him Uncle Clark (he does tear up a little the first few times).

- Anytime Booster would get cancelled for a tweet, he'd go back in time just far enough to prevent from tweeting it. He did that way too many times.

- Barry and Hal being that one best friend duo that are big on PDA. Most of the time during JL meetings, Hal's leg would be intertwined with Barry's.

- Given that the way they usually interact correlates with what he learned about married couples, J'onn assumed for the longest time that Bruce and Clark were spouses.

- Much like how Clark switches off his kansan accent when he's being Superman, Bruce switches off his "posh" accent when he's being Batman.

- On the contrary, Oliver always sounds filthy rich.

- Everytime someone mentions (any) Robin, Hal's mind still can't fathom that Batman's sidekick is a literal child.

- Dick is a bisexual flirt in and out of costume.

- Regular occurence : Batman enters the meeting room, sees Booster's stupid expression that's a clear sign he's going to share very stupid ideas, and Batman exits the room without a word. He doesn't come back for the rest of the meeting. After it happened more than once, some of the members get the clue and walk out as well.

- Superman can recite entire movies by heart. Not surprising in and of itself, but surprising that Bruce silently lets him do it over his shoulder when he's working in the batcave. Lets Clark unwind and gives Bruce background noise.

- After multiple complaints, Batman had to soundproof Dinah and Oliver's room in the watchtower.

I just realized my three favorite canon ships all have one very specific, very weird thing in common.

They all have canonical off-springs running around somewhere in the Multiverse, who were actively replaced in the main-timeline with other characters.

Main timeline’s Zachary Zatara? Such an alt take on JohnZee’s kid from Kingdome Come. His looks, his powers, more or less his personality (since he didn’t get that much in Kingdom Come).

Helena Bertinelli was literally created specifically to replace the BatCat kid Helena Wayne. Something that kills me every time I see her because I get my hopes up for Helena Wayne content. They wanted to keep the Huntress mantle and character so badly without committing to the BatCat that they just slapped a new last name onto Helena and a different background but kept the whole character design.

And while Clark naming his son Jon isn’t super exclusive, the fact that SuperWonder was canon in the main timeline and they had to kill off the Clark who loved Diana to replace him with a different Clark, who came with a pre-made son named Jon... that does make current main timeline Jon a replacement for the SuperWonder son Jon, since they very, very actively replaced SuperWonder and the potential of a SuperWonder family (-> Clark wanted to propose to her, had the ring already, Diana had a dream about being pregnant with Clark’s kid. If N52 had continued, we would have inevitably gotten Jon too).

This is a very weird thing to happen once. Or twice. But trice?
