really friendly reminder that when you eat that "low cal zero fat zero sugar" packaged snack thinking that it's gonna help you lose weight, what you're really eating is a bunch of chemicals that are slowly but surely destroying your appetite regulators and leading you to one binge after another.
there's no UPF out there that will help you lose weight because the literal goal of every single UPF is to get you to eat more and more. they are literally designed with the goal of bypassing your natural regulators and make you literally addicted.
if you're often binging or craving food even after you ate, you're probably eating fake food that your body is not processing as food, only tastes. your obsession with keeping everything low cal is leading you to eat more.
the food industry literally uses the word "moreishness" to describe the feeling they want to achieve in their fake food.
they are targeting you and trying to get you hooked in the same way a heroin dealer would.
(except that sugar is more addictive than heroin, and there are no ads for heroin on tv, social media and pretty much everywhere you look, and you can't buy heroin in any amount you want at any convenience store or market.)
it's not your fault that you can't stop eating.
it's the food industry that is actively turning you into an addict. they're selling you drugs and calling it food. they're gunning for you because they know that you'll eat a bunch of substances you can't even pronounce right as long as it says "low cal" or "zero sugar zero fat" on the front of the pack.
the food industry knows you're vulnerable, and they're exploiting it.
boycott ultra-processed foods, boycott fast food chains, boycott junk food, stop leaving your most basic human need to the hands of greedy executives who know they're ruining our lives. learn how to cook, read about actual nutrition rather than just dieting, let go of the idea that all calories are the same and all that matters is their number, and stop putting addictive unknown substances in your body.

people don’t understand, i need to be skinny. i NEED this. if i’m not skinny i can’t love myself. if i’m not skinny i can’t accept love from other people. i want affection and love and validation from others so fucking badly but i distance myself away from it because i don’t feel like i deserve it. i know that people love me anyway, but i feel like they would love me more if i lost weight. i want to make everyone proud. i want to make them see me in a different light. i want them to want ME.

Trying to change 🧸🏹
Right now, I weigh 130 ibs at 5'1 and I feel superrrr fat and unhealthy :(. I've been looking through thinspo posts, attempted fasting, did ab workouts in my room, and listened to ⭐ving subliminals to try and get more toned for many years but none of it worked for me. I'm trying to document my progress publicly to see if this motivates me more! I also hope to find friends along the way :D
I didn't really think about what I've been eating until a few hours ago and for breakfast I had three chocolate chip cookies with ice cream, throughout the whole day I had a total of three nature valley granola bars, and I had 4 pieces of shrimp with sauce. I did have two bottles of 750 ml of water + a niagra water bottle to wash it down. I heard drinking a bottle of water before bed helps you bloat less in the morning so I'll try that tonight <3
Highest weight this year ~ 134.2 ibs
Starting weight as of 11/25/23 6:58 p.m. ~ 128.8 ibs
Goal weight by the summer ~ 110 ibs
Ultimate goal weight ~ 90 ibs
I'm trying to set my goal lower (for now) so I can take baby steps at reaching an even lower weight!!!
If anyone has any tips to help with not binging, saying no to food by family (esp a family that already thinks I have an èd), or workout plans I'd really appreciate it <333

My honey cakes, everyone knows how unsafe it is to do more than 5 days of fast¡ng, you can keep doing it but, I have some small things to share about the bad points of this and how to avoid symptoms. (6 good ideas)
If you ever got dizzines, in 1/2 days of fast¡ng or very low cal0rie consuming, drink a less 46 kcal juice, drink a coffee or eat half a teaspoon of salt, but if you ingest salt, drink 1 and half of a cup of water.
NEVER hurt you body with long fasting. That can get your body to get painful. 3 Days of fasting Has The safety of 85%,4 has 70%,and 5 hays are equivalent to 40%-30% safety, depending on your body strength.
If you waste your cal0ries working out, DON'T do it at morning during fasting, just before you sleep, you need energy for school/Faculty or other continuous daily actions.
Having less then 117 Lbs\53-54kg,its not bad honey cake! You Don't need to waste your time with d¡ets if you are a 12 or older age with that sort of we¡ght.
Don't ever eat white chocolate after a intermitent fasting or more longer, I kinda recommend affording 40% dark chocolate or more cocoa amount than it.
The fast¡ng and stuff can be unsafe for you, so, sometimes you should eat a cucumber, fruits or the lunch in medium portions and then eat an nutrition bar or Protein bar ♡.
