It hurts nevertheless, the thought of the imminent separation from the one you have loved for years, the constant attempts to smile for their sake, the sight of their sufferings and their bodies that began to decay. It hurts like nothing else. The pain of this kind has no definition. It's different for everyone. But, you live anyway. The cruel thing about pain is that it's not enough to kill you or kill your senses. Don't lose yourself in this darkness. Dare to smile. For yourself. For the ones around you. Good thing about sudden changes? Good changes come too.

Won't raise my children to suppress their emotions and feelings like a lot of people in my generation's parents made them do 😢. I'm teaching them that it's ok to cry, I don't tell them to suck it up or to stop whining. I'm teaching them how to feel the emotions and how to ground and ways to release them. I'm also helping them find ways to calm down when they're experiencing their big feelings : bubble baths, going to read a book or to color/draw, going for a walk , practice breathing/"blowing out the candles" if it's a situation that's caused distress, or I'll rub their back. Not only that, I'm helping them become familiar with expressing those feelings and asking them: "What can I do to make it better?" So yea, this is the CORRECT, HEALTHY way to handle disappointment/hurt/anger/conflict, etc.

Where did you drop your peace while racing to this place? Why are you so restless? What went wrong? Did your parents fail you? Did your brother betray? Have you lost your dreams? Have you been left behind by the ones who were standing next to you all these while? Are you tired of trying? Did your tears go unnoticed? Were you misunderstood? Were you wrongly judged? Did you take time in knowing what you want? Do you feel like you are way too late for what calls your heart?
You have been through a lot. Come. Rest for a while. I know it's hard to like yourself now. I know it's hard to be okay. Hear me. You don't have to be. You don't have to be strong if you feel weak. Cry. If you need to. But, never ever despise yourself. Pat yourself on the back for breathing when you have all the reasons to die. You are brave for existing at the moment. Take it slow. Separation anxiety is the worst when you’re trying to heal with the best partner ever, you hold things against you that aren’t being put against you and damage relationships because you’re unintentionally overbearing and over critical of yourself and it seeps into your relationships in how you mistreat yourself and pushes others who care away. That and envy are the two poisons of modern man and all I can say is, acknowledge, target, and correct
Whatever god or devil waits for me I just know they put me on this hell scape to conquer those demons

I fell on the mountain, here’s how I healed.
I fell on the mountain. I fell on my upper back. I felt beaten up and bruised. This is how I took care of myself.
*this is not medical advice. this is an anecdotal case study on my personal healing.  *pls see your doctor if you are unwell or in crisis
Luckily, there were no serious abrasions. I was with a friend and they ensured I got home safe. 
This is how I healed from the fall and the steps I took in chronological order: day one
ibuprofen with a banana and water before bed
bed rest from night until early afternoon
gentle mindful movement flow after waking up
lightened work load
sleep early
day two
woke up early, more water less coffee than usual
integrated mindful movement flow (mobility & yoga mix)
meditate
slightly larger workload
hot shower
mindful movement gentle flow
sleep early
day three
woke up relatively early
mindful movement
massage
hot shower
applied Wu Yang Brand Pain Relieving Medicated Plaster
rest
gentle movement before bed
