learning to be alone is such a crucial thing to learn at all times during your life, but especially during your youth. and something to understand is that sometimes, protecting your peace comes at the cost of being alone but being alone is peaceful! and not as bad as you might think that it is.

being alone offers an opportunity for self discovery and growth and rest and relaxation and reflection and the list goes ON. being able to enjoy your own company is a SUPER power bcuz it genuinely nourishes you so much.
ENJOYING UR OWN COMPANY ;
you dont have to be codependent on someone else to make yourself happy or to make yourself feel good. what fulfills you and nourishes you isnt the relationships that u have with others. although that is an amazing and fulfilling thing, the most fulfilling thing is learning yourself. being alone REPLENISHES you, its like, hydration for the soul.
dont wait on someone else to do something that you wanna do!! if u dont have anyone to go with, just go on your own. you dont have to wait on others to be happy…💬🎀
PRACTICE BEING ALONE ;
go on solo dates, practice planning to do something fun and just doing it by yourself. once you start doing things alone and you see how nice it feels, you'll want to do it more bcuz its so easy to enjoy your own company, you just have to get over your fear of judgement or of being alone and learn to enjoy and embrace it.

♡ learn to cook a new dish
♡ read a book

BEING UR OWN BESTFRIEND ;
treat yourself how you'd treat someone that you valued a lot. be compassionate and understanding and respectful. dont talk badly about yourself and dont be mean to/punish yourself bcuz u wouldn't do that to someone that u loved and cherished…💬🎀
dont abandon yourself in times where life can become stressful. focus on being present and dont forget your worth. your self worth and value doesn’t come from how useful you are to others, your valuable simply because you are you. a human being who is deserving of love. your worth doesnt come from how productive you are or what you’ve achieved, instead your worth is already done and your valuable because of your existence. 
COPING WITHOUT FRIENDS ;
everything is temporary and meaningful relationships will always find their way to you. just understand that some ppl are here temporarily and some ppl are here for a lifetime but only you are here for all of it which is why its important to be alone and be comfy with that.

not everyone is gonna like you or wanna be your friend and thats okay. it has nothing to do with you and is almost always simply because of different personalities and its not personal
brush off rejections bcuz rejection is just redirection. when you dont take everything personally you'll notice how much happier you'll be overall.
know that the meaningful relationships and connections that u crave will come!! no one is here to be alone forever so you'll meet the people who pour into you and you'll meet ppl that u can pour into and you'll be okay!!
overall, enjoying your own company does wonders for your mental and physical health and its a useful skill to learn in general because it brings so much peace from being able to sit with your thoughts…💬🎀

to reach pure consciousness, let’s take the weight off your shoulders

so in my recent recent success post, i explained that the second time this week when i induced i went in purely for relaxation purposes, i also tell people this a lot in dms when i feel that they are putting the state of pure consciousness on too much of a pedestal. I did make a post about this a year ago but i feel as if im more well versed on this type of thing.
So with any method you are trying to use, whether it be a ten step lucid dream type of thing or a simple “I AM” meditation, it would be much easier if you just removed the intention of manifesting your desires. Tell yourself you’re just inducing for relaxation purposes. Because you are, you have your dream life, there is nothing to do creation is finished, you don’t need to induce for your desires because you already have them you already have them, no need to be afraid of failing when it’s already yours.
So what you’re going to tell yourself is that your dream life doesn’t ride on the inducing of pure consciousness because you already have your life. You would hire cleaners for a house that is squeaky clean, would you? So you’re only inducing for relaxation, to “connect with your god self” or something along those meditative, spiritual lines.
and how does that work in your brain?
you know you already have your desires → you don’t need to anything for them, even inducing pure consciousness → so you’re just going for spiritual purposes or to relax → the state of pure consciousness immediately comes off this pedestal because you don’t NEED it anymore (it's like those manipulative boys who stop being obsessed with a girl when they finally make them their girlfriend because they love the “chase” more) if you don’t NEED it, it takes it off that high pedestal → your desires aren’t riding on this “trip to the void” because you already have them → allows a weight to be lifted off your shoulders → you can finally relax instead of forcing and you can finally properly let go!! → you’ll induce pure consciousness in no time
i really would recommend watching this video and this video, also this one and this one too, and definitely looking at the comments, because they aren’t filled with shifting obsessed people who are SO desperate for a shift (no offence lol). The poster and the comments are filled with normal people who treat the void state for what it is: a form of relaxing meditation. They talk about their void experiences with emotion yet don’t sound so desperate, they’re so casual about it. That’s what you need.
The videos also only explain the void state and how they get in. That’s it. no other stuff. Because you don’t need anything but an explanation and a method.
That’s the type of energy you need to be around. It’s not something super powerful or cool, that is you the void state is a state of pure awareness. It’s just a cool meditation you can do sometimes.
No more manifestation purposes, what are you manifesting? TRICK QUESTION BITCH, it’s NOTHING because there is NOTHING YOU NEED. TO DO. NOTHING. You’re just inducing for relaxation or to “tap in with your inner self” YOU CANT MANIFEST SOMETHING YOU ALREADY HAVE.
Treat your desires like legs, yes i know it sounds weird. But im assuming you all have legs, so when you think about all you want to manifest in this state of void legs are probably the last thing you think about, why? because you already have them, it’s already yours so there’s nothing to do. Are you watch “SUPER STRONG: ✨ legs subliminal ✨” no because you already have them.
So make the comparison, “i’m not tweaking over having legs because i have them and they’re natural to me
THEREFORE
i’m not tweaking over my dream life because i have it already and it’s natural for me”
it’s not possible that you don’t get what you want. Think of yourself as the spoiled little princess and your subconscious mind being the well-off dad who never tells her no. It’s not possible for you not to get what you want. So why are inducing for a life you already have.
you’re just going in there to relax, remember, purely relaxation purposes…nothing else….

showers are the best way to relax and pamper yourself, but i’ve found that treating your shower as some kind of meditation method/ritual really helps to relieve any unwanted stress that’s been weighing down on you! it allows you to fully clear your mind and cleanse yourself both physically and mentally!
let’s begin !!
ᝰ.ᐟ visualize
create an image in your mind that shows all the stress washing away from mind, body, heart, and soul. make sure that mental image is clear to really manifest all that’s weighing you down getting washed away from you and going down the drain.
think about it when you wash your hair! i saw a post here on tumblr that said something along the lines of “scrubbing away the dirt and oils from your scalp is like scrubbing away all that’s weighing on your mind”. so just imagine while you wash your hair that all the anxiety, stress, or even doubts that are clouding your thoughts being lifted from your brain and out of your head through your scalp and as you go to rinse out your shampoo, all those worries and negative thoughts are flowing away from your mind
you can use this same method while washing your body as well!
ᝰ.ᐟ say your affirmations
speaking to yourself out loud helps to really lock in those positive thoughts and good vibes! affirm yourself over and over the affirmations you want to hear.
“i am washing away all the doubts, anxiety, and stress”
“i’m cleansing myself from all my worries”
“i am nourishing my mind, heart, body, and soul with good, positive, healing, and calm energy”
ᝰ.ᐟ give each step an affirmation/manifestation
as you pump or squeeze shampoo onto your hands, say an affirmation or a manifestation. this allows you to feel like each product with that affirmation is physically going into your body.
each pump of shampoo i put into my hand i’ll say something like: “i am capable”, “i have overcome my worries and fears”, “i am enough”, etc.
ᝰ.ᐟ take deep, calming breaths
whether it’s before, during, or after your shower, remember to take those deep breaths. relaxing breaths eases your mind because it forces you to focus on your breathing, letting your mind take a break from any worrisome thoughts that might have taken over. you can even find a good breathing exercise to follow!

showers are the best times to get some “me-time”, and you should make the most of it! whether it’s to prepare yourself for the day or you’re unwinding from a long day, taking a meditative shower will help clear and ease your mind and body!

It's okay. We're human. Sometimes, we have to let our emotions out. Cry it all out if you must. Affirm it doesn't matter. You have everything you ever wanted. IT. IS. YOURS. ALREADY. Move on with that in mind. It's literally inevitable.

with school coming to a close i look forward to more slow mornings where i can truly take my time. SO i made this little routine and some things that i like to do with slow mornings.

UPON WAKING UP ;
upon waking up, fix ur bed and stretch ur body. i feel like nothing feels better then a morning stretch, especially the ones that make ur legs shake. do some light morning stretching or yoga in order to wake urself up slowly. open your curtains or blinds and let in some sunshine.
FRESHENING UP ;
do some dry brushing, take a warm shower with sweet scented soaps and creams. use hydrating lip oils and eye masks. rub on some vanilla scented oil perfume. while getting ready play some pinkpatheress or whatever u like to listen to in the morning.
it should also be stressed that this is a slow morning routine so make sure to do everything with intention and take your time 🍦
SOMETHING WARM AND GOOEY ;
make yourself a warm cup of tea, prepare a cup of warm lemon water and make sure to take ur supplements. take the time to make yourself a warm and yummy breakfast, such as
oatmeal
fluffy pancakes
banana bread
additionally on the slower mornings, take some time to bake or do meal prep, and when ur finally done and ready to eat, refrain from watching a video (even though it might be tempting) just try and be present.

Springing Into Action
Mowers, blowers and flame throwers, it’s time to clean my yard. Spring is here, just once a year, so it’s really not that hard. Leaves and weeds and other debris will all just disappear. And it only takes an hour or so, but my neighbors all live in fear. ~ The police get called and a laugh we share, when the yelling’s done. The officer gave the thrower a try and had never had such fun. The smoke finally clears; my work is done; it’s time now to relax. I think I’ll wear shorts today and take off these flame-proof slacks.

pro writing tip: every time you hit a brain block when writing, take a shower.
this can end up working out in one of three ways: 1) the shower relaxes you to help you think of plots better; 2) you get so frustrated by constantly taking showers that you force your brain to think of stuff to avoid it; 3) uh. you're nice and squeaky clean??? ig????
