one time when Damian was injured during patrol, he snuck into Dick's apartment but his older brother wasn't around because he had a double shift. so he took care of his own injuries and made his own hot cocoa.
while he was sipping on the hot drink, Damian was wandering around the apartment and saw the tape of the movie, Clueless, on the coffee table. he ended up watching it until he was capable to come back home, as the rest of the tapes were taken by Jason.

a day at the Manor:
Steph: I think that formula is not right, Dami.
Jason: That lacks more carbon.
Duke: Oxygen perhaps.
Dick: It lacks more than that.
Cass: I'll ask Bruce what we lack.
Damian: I'm right, okay? Why don't you put your trust in me?
Dick: Hey, it's not that we don't trust you. We just want this formula to be as accurate as possible.
Cass: No failures allowed, Dami.
Damian: You know what...
Damian, uses both of his hands to form a W: Whatever.
Steph: Uh???
Cass raises her brows.
Duke: Um....
Jason: The fuck did the brat just do?
Dick: Oh no....
---
Tim: Damian, I swear, I'm not letting you borrow my laptop ever again. Your cat just shit on it!
Damain: It would be wise to investigate your devices before handing them to me. Maybe it smelled like human waste before you handed it to me.
Tim: What are you implying?
Damian only shrugs.
Tim: You know what? I'm not helping you convince B that you need another pet.
Damian: You said you'd help me after I helped you on that Physics project you had for your university.
Tim: I change my mind. You're a brat.
Damian: And you're a virgin who can't drive.
Tim: WHAT THE FU---

Alfred: "Master Bruce I've arranged a date for the event tonight, with an heiress--"
Bruce, groaning on principle: "Alfred--"
Alfred: "You'll like her, she won't even mind you disappearing."
Bruce: "Another one? Where do you find them?"
Alfred:
Bruce: "Alfred??"
Alfred: "To tell you the truth Master Bruce, several of them are affluent heirs such as yourself, whose parents disapprove of their... inclinations. *clears throat* Like your cousin."
Bruce: "Oh. Oh."
Bruce: "Well that's perfect then. So I'll just leave and they'll assume--"
Alfred: "That you're sneaking off to meet your boyfriend in Metropolis."
Bruce:
Alfred: "It's amazing what trust you can gain when you tell the truth."

I love what Wayne Family Adventures is doing in this current arc. The fact that, when one of Bruce's kids is threatened by Joker, he reverts back to old Batman. One who thinks he needs to go it alone, despite the concerns of everyone around him. He bans everybody from the computer and the cave. But they're his family. They love him. They're not gonna let him close himself off like that. And what he's not considering is that it's their family that was hurt too.
I love that the kids fight him on this (and not by actually fighting which is sadly common in Batmedia), that he admits he'll draw himself into danger to make sure the kids stay safe. I love how Jason's trauma is like actually important and not just "hey, didja know I died once?" The fact that Dick helps calm Jason by guiding him through the senses countdown and asking for consent before touching him is great. I love how this arc hasn't even focused on the Joker, only on the protagonists and how they react to the events.
And of course, I love their sass. "Bruce can kick rocks", Alfred hitting him with his own words, Cass just straight up telling him "no" to an order. I love how this series writes Bruce to be likeable and interesting and just a dad, but I also like when a series just lets us collectively give a "fuck you, Bruce!"

“I wanted to create a dialogue about equality by taking the two most alpha male superheroes and placing them in this embrace.” — Rich Simmons
“It shouldn’t matter who a person is, who they love, what they believe or where they come from, being a hero transcends all that. We should judge our fellow humans by the way they treat others and not by who they share a bed with."
