Review of klairs' Daily Skin Hydrating Water
Klairs, a Korean brand, is respectful of the beauty of the environment and carries healthy values regarding the earth, and contains only the most necessary ingredients. They are officially carried by Wishtrend. Their Daily Skin Hydrating Water is designed to soothe and moisturize dry skin. It helps to maintain healthy skin condition. Key ingredients include: 45% green tea leaf water (toning, soothing, hydrating, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging), calendula officinalis flower water (anti-aging, healing, anti-inflammatory, stimulates collagen production, antioxidant), coconut water (prevents water evaporation in the skin and strengthens the skin barrier for better-moisturized skin), betaine (anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, moisturizing, soothing, skin protecting) and pantolactone (helps draw moisture into the skin, improves hydration, vitamin-rich, nourishing). This toner retails for between $18-27 USD, you can get it here for $18.90 + shipping. Use code DANNIEL15 to save 15 percent.
Ingredients
Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water (45%), Water, Glycerin, Propanediol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Calendula Officinalis Flower Water, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Water, Betaine, Panthenol, Pantolactone, Trehalose, Sodium PCA, Sodium Citrate, Disodium EDTA
To quickly note, I received this for free from Wishtrend for my honest review.
Tumblr media
This toner contains 500 ml (16.90 oz) and is fragrance-free.
Tumblr media
The toner has a watery consistency and just looks like water.
Tumblr media
Despite being very lightweight, it leaves the skin really glowy and hydrated.
Recommended use is after washing the face, apply an abundant amount onto cotton puff and wipe off in an outward direction. If your skin still feels dry, apply once again for a better result. Continue your routine with essence, cream, and so on. The toner is cruelty-free, pH balanced, and free of artificial coloring, fragrances, and ethanol. It’s also vegan-friendly. After using, this is really the perfect toner for any skin type. It can be used as lightly or as heavily as you want according to your skin type and there are no irritants so it makes it ideal to also use as a spot treatment on irritated skin. It comes in a huge size and it really does last a long time. I've been using this for a few months and heavily as well and I've only gotten through a quarter of the bottle. It also makes a great mist for the summer months as it's very refreshing. I'd recommend it to absolutely anyone, it's very gentle, very hydrating, and can leave the skin very glowy and moisturized.
What I like: it's a lovely product, very hydrating and moisturized, and adds radiance and glow. It comes in a huge bottle and it goes a long way. It has no irritants and no fragrance and would be suitable for any skin type as it can be used lightly or any way you choose. What I don't like: nothing, there's nothing I can say negative about this product.
Pros:
Hydrating
Moisturizing
Adds a glow
Can be used in various ways
Fragrance-free
Sensitive skin friendly
Cruelty-free
Vegan friendly
Lots of product
Cons:
None
Would I buy this?
Yes, for sure
Rating: 10/10

Habits that changed my life for the better
I stopped joking about myself. It was mostly about suicide jokes (it was a decision that I made after the worst moment of my journey with depression, if I can call it that), but, really, it's about all self-deprecating stuff. It may be just jokes, but it stays in your brain.
Positive attitude. It's similar to manifestation, in a way, but in a... down to earth way, I guess. Thinking positively about stuff changes everything for me. Almost everything is simpler.
I deleted Twitter. It may be a different social media for everyone, of course - now probably TikTok for most - but, well, Twitter was where I spent long hours everyday. I started taking breaks from it about a year and a half ago and deleted it in August. It was hard - I loved the community there and I miss the daily updates from my fav fandoms, but it's for the best. I still can't explain how Twitter affected me but I do feel better since I stopped spending so much time there.
Taking vitamins. I didn't think it would really make a difference but it definitely did. The biggest surprise for me was vitamin C - my immune system has improved super quickly when I started supplementing it. I didn't even realise how bad it was before. Other than that, I take B complex, A+E (hair, skin), and iron (i tend to have a deficiency of it). (& D when it's winter).
Having a consistent skin care routine. It's calming and both doing the routine and seeing the effects make me feel better. (I do realise that many people have more demanding skin than me and searching for the right products can be frustrating and expensive. I'm just talking about my experience).
Other things that I think are worth mentioning:
Therapy - just a short explanation that I've been on therapy (with breaks) for about 6 years now. I've had social anxiety for most of my life, now still struggle with depression (and amnesia, actually) a bit, but what I wanted to mention here is that I learned a lot from it. It's obvious, but I just think it's important to pinpoint that I did not just learn how to think more positively and love myself by myself.
Exercising! - I still struggle to make it a habit, but when I actually do exercise regularly (I do pilates), I really feel better. It's worth it.
Hydration - same with drinking water. I really don't think I have to explain it in any way lol.

Pink Pilates Princess on a budget
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Following a certain lifestyle can be expensive, especially when trying to make it as aesthetically pleasing as seen on Pinterest. Here is how to get The Pink Pilates Princess lifestyle on a budget. <3
Where to start
When shopping for athletic wear, stick to black bottoms and light pink tops; having a concept when shopping really helps to only buy things you really want and makes combining your pieces easier!
Go on daily walks, and listen to your favourite music or podcast to clear your mind. Try aiming for 10k steps daily!!
Follow a Balanced diet, I'm a big fan of the 80/20 rule! :)
You can find reasonably priced workout sets and equipment (yoga mats, weights etc.) on Amazon!
Don't be afraid to embrace femininity! <3
If you wear makeup, try keeping it light. Do your brows, a little concealer, set with powder, blush and bronzer, glossy lips and your preferred lash routine. <3
Look up yoga and pilates workouts on youtube. Focus on low-impact strengthening and improving your flexibility <3
Keep your room clean and organized. Clean out your closet regularly, and make sure your sheets are always nice and fresh.
Invest in some cute accessories to upgrade your outfits! Legwarmers, cute hair clips and bows and dainty jewellery.
Regularly clean your make-up brushes once a week!! Number 1 rule to clear skin.
Try Gua sha! I've been doing gua sha for a while now and absolutely love it <3
Try some new smoothie recipes!! Start adding veggies, or look up some green smoothie recipes to boost your metabolism.
Create a cosy and calm atmosphere by using fairy lights and candles. My favourite candle scent is Vanilla!
Start journaling. You can write about your day, goals, or anything that has been bothering you. I will upload a post about my favourite journaling prompts soon! :)
To really embody The Pink Pilates Princess aesthetic, try buying your things in white and pink.
Stay hydrated. You can also buy a cute water bottle to motivate yourself. You can also add lemon or fruits to make it more fun!
Learn how to make yourself healthy and nutritional meals, eating out is expensive, and cooking can be a lot of fun! (should I collection of my favourite recipes?)
Make skin/hair-care a priority. Taking care of yourself is so important, and you deserve it <3
Set yourself some smaller goals like learning how to do the splits, reading 10 pages a day or drinking a certain amount of water!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Have a proper morning/night routine
Morning routine:
Start your day with light stretching to wake up your body, a large glass of water and some positive affirmations to set the tone.
Plan your morning, so you have time for your skincare routine; use a body spray to add a light scent. My favourite is the vanilla one from Victoria's secret. <3
Make yourself a nice cup of coffee, and add vanilla syrup and cinnamon to make it special.
Eat breakfast; my go-to is oatmeal. You can really get creative with it by adding some nuts, berries, yoghurt or chocolate! <3
Journal a bit, write down your goals, and some manifestations.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Night routine:
Remove your make-up and do your skincare; if you have more time, you can do a facemask or take a relaxing bath. <3
I love going on evening walks; the fresh evening air really calms me. Make sure to be safe when going out tho! <3
Make yourself a delicious dinner; I've been really into buddha bowls! You can find inspiration and my favourite recipes on my Pinterest.
Do some yoga before going to bed, relax your body and calm down.
Plan your next day to reduce stress.
Don't go to bed late; try getting your 8 hours of beauty sleep!
Turn of your phone 1 hour before sleeping and read before falling asleep <3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Fashion
Try keeping the colours Pink, white, grey and black. Having a set colour pallet makes putting together outfits a lot easier since everything matches! <3
Cute loungewear sets
Workout sets
leggings
comfy sweaters
light knit
Cute tote bags
legwarmers
sneakers
Tennis skirts
Zip-ups
Flared leggings
Matching PJ sets
As always, please feel free to add more suggestions in the comments! <3

Women's Health: Daily habits that could be affecting your hormones
Hormones play a central role in the proper functioning of your body and overall health. They affect your menstrual cycle, fertility, bone health, mental and physical health. Your skin, weight, thyroid, energy levels, heart and breast health and much more.
These are some common habits that can influence hormonal balance:
Sleep: Irregular sleep can disturb hormone production, like cortisol, insulin, and growth hormones.
Diet: Eating lots of processed foods, unhealthy fats, and sugars while lacking essential nutrients can lead to hormonal imbalances. Extreme diets can also harm hormones.
Stress: Chronic stress releases cortisol, disrupting other hormones in the body.
Exercise: Too much or too little exercise can impact hormone levels. Overtraining raises cortisol, while being sedentary affects insulin sensitivity.
Caffeine and alcohol: Consuming too much caffeine or alcohol can affect hormone production and the endocrine system.
Plastic usage: Some plastics contain chemicals that disrupt hormones, especially when they leach into food and drinks.
Skincare and household products: Harmful chemicals in skincare and household items can act as hormone disruptors.
Medications and contraceptives: Some medications and birth control methods alter hormone levels.
Smoking: Smoking and secondhand smoke can disrupt hormones.
Environmental toxins: Exposure to pollutants like pesticides, herbicides, and chemicals in the environment act as endocrine disruptors, affecting hormone production and function.
Hydration: Staying hydrated is vital for hormone secretion and function.
Sunlight exposure: Natural sunlight helps regulate circadian rhythm and melatonin production, impacting other hormones.
Social interactions: Loneliness and social isolation affect hormone production and stress hormones.
Water bottles and food containers: Bisphenol A (BPA): Found in plastic bottles and containers, BPA can disrupt hormones when it seeps into food or drinks.
Laundry products: Some laundry products have chemicals that act as EDCs, impacting hormone balance through skin absorption.
Synthetic fabrics: Fabrics like polyester can cause increased sweating and heat retention, potentially affecting hormones.
Personal care products: Certain cosmetics and shampoos may contain harmful chemicals that interfere with hormone levels.
Intermittent fasting: Extreme fasting or calorie restriction may disrupt hormonal balance for some individuals.
Gut health: A healthy gut, supported by a balanced diet and probiotics, positively affects hormone metabolism.
Birth control methods: Hormonal contraceptives, like pills, patches, or IUDs, can influence hormone levels and affect individuals differently.

I demand to know how Arlecchino showers. I want to know if she needs a special soap for her abyssal skin (idk what happened to it, I just like the term Abyssal), what shampoo she uses, can I snuggle up to her and bury my face into her back as she washes?
Things like that, please I am begging you.
Arlecchino probably has a whole skincare routine, let’s be real. This woman has so many face creams, body lotions, serums, scrubs, etc. all to keep her skin properly hydrated and flourished. She may look like she doesn’t care about appearances (and she doesn’t) but skincare is one of the few things she actually does on a daily basis, and it’s quite cute to witness.
Before bed you’ll see her finish getting out of the shower and begin working on applying all the lotions and serums she needs. She also lathers up the abyssal marks on her arms because they tend to dry out pretty easily (especially since she showers in scalding hot water most of the time)
I’d say she does have a special body soap to use for her arms and other parts of her body that are affected by the abyssal corruption, and if you shower with her, sometimes she’ll let you apply them yourself when you’re busy washing each other’s bodies 💕

pervy rudy who fucks eith innocent recruit reader jrkfirjr
please
obligatory note that im sorry its late <3
cw; drugging, noncon, somno, last one mentions pregnancy
perv!rudy who watches you in the training room straddle the other recruit you just took down, your hands holding their wrists beside their head and you've got a little smug smile on your face, chest heaving slightly. rudy can feel himself getting hard and has to excuse himself to go jerk off to that mental image of you on top
perv!rudy is careless and almost gets caught; stealing your panties, watching you shower, and un/dress, taking photos and videos of you—he spends his free time fucking his fist to those, especially the video of you soaping your tits up
perv!rudy who cums in your moisturiser, the one you use daily. he watches from the doorway to the communal bathroom as you apply it to your face
perv!rudy leaving a pair of your missing panties, filled with his dried cum, on your bed to return them to you <3 he sneakily watches how you pick them up then immediately throw them away in horror when you realise whats on them, he's quite sad you don't seem to like his gift :(
perv!rudy is more mean and sulky the next day, he pushes you and the other recruits harder, makes you run laps, leaves you tired and sore, he almost feels bad for pushing you but you shouldve appreciated his gift more
perv!rudy brings you drugged water after he's done being mean, saying you need to stay hydrated. you drink it all then excuse yourself. he follows you back to your room and slips inside watching you immediately fall asleep when you lie down, drugs in full effect
perv!rudy takes his time undressing you since you won't be waking anytime soon. leaving kisses and hickeys all over your skin. a few bites here and there. he licks over all the marks, spits on your pussy after he pulls your panties off, relishing in finally getting an up close view of what he's been imagining fucking for weeks
perv!rudy plays with your tits and eats you out for a while. enjoys your pretty pussy and how you're getting wet even while out of it. thinks that you must know its him and you want him too. he fucks your mouth a little before hes slapping your clit with his thick cock, running it up and down your slit. he lines it up with your wet hole and pushes in to the hilt in one fast motion. he's not exactly gentle either, tight grip on your hips, pounding into you. knows your hips will bruise, knows you'll feel it all tomorrow. loves that fact
perv!rudy letting out a deep noise when he feels your pussy cum around his cock before hes filling you up with his first load of the night
perv!rudy who spends the next few hours cumming in your holes and all over you, your tits, stomach, back, your face, in your hair. hes thoroughly spent when he's finished and too tired to leave so he falls asleep on you with his cock still in you
to say you're scared and confused when you wake up is an understatement but you cant do anything with your sergeant major still inside you, still on top of you, still with his arms wrapped around you. and so much stronger than you
and perv!rudy replaced your birth control with duds a few weeks ago, wanting to make you the mother of his children, he hopes all his efforts will take but he can fuck you as many times as he needs <3

Femme Fatale Beauty Playbook: Tips & Tricks To Feel Clean, Confident & Seductive Daily
Some beauty tips and tricks to feel your best daily.
Starting off with some miscellaneous advice: Coconut oil is the most versatile ingredient – for your hair, skin, nails, and even down there. Find your signature scent (apply it to your clothes instead of your skin whenever possible). Sugar scrubs are the answer to most flakiness or bumps on your skin. B vitamins, vitamin D, and omega-3s are essential to healthy hair, skin, and nails.
Hope this helps xx
Hair:
Shampoo your skull, condition the rest: Focus shampoo on your roots and work it through your scalp; concentrate conditioner on the ends and work your way up until you reach the base of your skull - around your upper ear lobe.
Always comb, never brush, your hair when wet: Gently use a wide-tooth comb, from root to tip, on wet hair to prevent breakage.
Use a special towel to dry your hair: My favorite is from Crown Affair (pricey for what it is but worthwhile in the long-term), but a Turbie Twist from the drugstore works infinitely better than a regular towel that weighs down and causes frizzy, damaged hair
Always use a heat protection spray before blow drying or straightening/curling your hair: (Briogeo and Oribe products are my love for all haircare products, including their blowdry creams – also love R +Co. for a heat protection styling mist).
Choose your hair ties wisely: Use seamless or silk hair ties exclusively to prevent breakage or awkward creases on your hair. Wear a silk scrunchie if you prefer. These hair ties from Amazon are my holy grail (only $7 for 100 hair ties!), and they come in a portable ziplock bag.
Skin:
Always use a disposable cloth when washing your face: Regular towels store bacteria and can cause breakouts too easily. These facial wipes from Amazon are my holy grail.
Wear sunscreen daily: Yes, even when you spend all day indoors. UV rays can interact with your skin through windows, too.
Niacinamide, Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid, & Tea Tree Oil are among the few skincare ingredients almost everyone should consider incorporating into their skincare routine.
Learn the correct order to apply the products in your skincare routine: Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Eye Cream, Spot Treatment, Moisturizer, Sunscreen (or Retinol/Skin Oil at night).
Remember: From a dermatologist's perspective, your face starts (or ends) at your nipples. So, ensure you're cleansing, exfoliating, and applying sunscreen daily to your neck, chest, and décolletage to keep your skin smooth, youthful, and well-hydrated.
Vaseline is a great (affordable) alternative to traditional eye creams.
Sugar scrub your facial hair for a more gentle alternative to waxing (Combine sugar, lemon, and water). Laser hair removal, especially under your arms and your arms/legs is life-changing.
Follow up a warm shower with a dry brush and coconut oil for smoother, firmer skin.
Always apply a hydrating lip balm, mask, or Vaseline, hand cream, and moisturizer to your feet before going to sleep.
Layer complementary scents. Ensure the scents of body wash, lotion, and perfume work well together and don't clash.
Makeup:
Learn your skin undertones and educate yourself on color theory (I can share a post on this on the Post+ feed if you want some more educational content on these types of topics – I write about them for a living!).
Test any foundation, concealer, or face powder on your wrists, too.
Don't forget to color-match your bronze and blush: They can appear orange or muddy if you don't find a product with the correct shade or undertones for your skin type.
Invest in products that go on your face, brow products, and eyeliners. Great mascaras and lip products are easy to find at a drugstore or relatively cheap (I suggest Covergirl and d NYX, respectively).
Apply concealer in a triangle; don't dot it around your eyes for better coverage.
If you have oily skin (or it's humid outside), apply powder before your liquid/cream products. Set them again with a light powder to lock the color in.
Apply mascara from tip to base for the best lashes of your life: One coat on the tip, another from middle to tip, and the last coat from base to tip.
In a pinch, use a fragrance-free moisturizer and a q-tip to remove excess makeup (no more raccoon eyes).
Use a light nude or white eyeshadow underneath your brow to make them appear more defined.
Apply face powder under your eyes to help the eyeliner on your waterline last longer.
Create a simple daily makeup routine formula: 1 skin coverage (foundation/concealer), 1 skin color (a favorite blush or bronzer), brows, mascara, an eye-definer (eyeliner or shadow), and a signature "your lips but better" lip shade (1-2 shades deeper or lighter than your natural lip color): This formula provides you the basics, so you never have an excuse not to put yourself together for the day (5-10 minute routine here).
Discover your day-to-night hero product: Always keep a slightly deeper lipstick, a smoky eyeshadow, or liquid liner in your bag to transition your day look into the evening with one portable product.

bathing
good personal hygiene is essential for overall health and wellbeing. this post surrounds regular bathing/showering, what it actually helps with and what practices you can consider.
regular bathing/showering helps prevent infections. when you wash your body, you remove dirt, sweat, and bacteria that can lead to skin infections or other health issues.
you should bathe/shower daily. this routine helps maintain cleanliness, remove sweat and keep skin fresh. daily bathing is especially important if you're physically active, live in a hot climate, or have a job that exposes you to dirt or pollutants.
some individuals may find it more beneficial to shower/bathe only every other day. this can work well for those with sensitive skin or conditions like eczema. it allows the skin's natural oils to replenish without excessive drying. another group that may choose this is those that live in especially cold climates.
adjust your bathing frequency based on your activities. after intense workouts, swimming, or spending time outdoors, it is essential to wash off sweat and dirt properly.
proper hygiene helps control body odour (bo). bacteria on the skin can break down sweat and produce unpleasant smells. regular bathing keeps these bacteria in check.
accumulation of dead skin cells can lead to skin irritation, inflammation, and sores. bathing helps cleanse your skin, removing these dead cells and reducing the risk of skin-related problems.
don't confuse bathing with other hygiene practices, such as washing your face or hands. these have their own importance and frequency.
so, what is the best way to bathe?
start by running the water to an ideal temperature. dermatologists recommend lukewarm or slightly warm water for showering. avoid extremely hot water, as it can dry out your skin.
before applying any soap, do a quick rinse to wet your skin.
use a loofah, washcloth, or your hands to apply bar soap or body wash. begin at your neck and shoulders, then work your way down your body. don’t forget your legs and between your toes.
if you’re washing your hair, apply shampoo to your scalp and the nape of your neck. you don’t need to apply shampoo directly to the hair ends; it will cleanse them as you rinse. a tip if you're washing your hair is to wash it before you wash your body. this can help prevent acne on the back and shoulders.
apply conditioner to soften your hair strands, paying special attention to the ends.
switch to lukewarm or cool water for the final rinse. this helps seal conditioner into your hair and invigorates your body.
towel-dry slightly before applying moisturizer to your body. moisturizing right after the shower helps seal in hydration.
as humans, we don't like to admit when our habits are up to par. you must master the basics! how are you supposed to grow if you lack a strong foundation?
i hope this post was helpful.

Hi Hell, congrats on the exciting foster kitten news!
I just applied to adopt a kitten and had my interview for her today. The woman seemed most interested in convincing me of how terrible dry food, traditional litter (she preferred clay), and tap water is for cats. She said the carbohydrates and ingredients were terrible for their kidneys, the dust in litter is bad for their lungs, and the chlorine in water is harmful. I have a 12 year old cat named Scipio who has been using those things all his life, and now I feel guilty and scared for his health. He seems perfectly healthy to me but she said “cats are stoic.” What do you use with the Tiny Terrors? Is she extreme?
Well, I'm not a vet, so the actual answer is that your cat should be getting what their doctor recommends. But I've had those conversations with people before, and I can give my two cents--just take it with a grain of salt.
So...it's basically always true that you can spend more money on fancier 'health' options and there is, to some extent, benefit to the pricier choices. But there's a point at which that benefit is pretty minimal compared to what you get for the midrange price options. This is as true for pet health as it is for people health.
It's true that wet food is usually a better option for cats. Among other things, it helps them stay at a healthy level of hydration, can be easier on their digestive systems, and is often more palatable for cats who are elderly or have dental problems. But that doesn't mean that dry food is inadequate--Mal and Vice used to split a can of wet food daily, and graze dry food whenever they wanted. They're currently eating almost exclusively dry food, because Vice is on a sensitive skin and stomach diet to help address his overgrooming. I would avoid the bottom-end dry foods, because they seem prone to contamination, but that's more manufacturer quality than an issue with the dry food generally. Dry food is usually a nutritionally complete way to feed a cat, and there's nothing wrong with it.
Mal and Vice drink tap water. They have a bowl of still water, and a fountain with an inbuilt filter. The fountain is because if they don't have running water, they will make running water by splashing their bowls all over. I can't speak to chlorine but it's definitely healthier than drinking out of puddles, which is what they would be doing if left to their own devices.
They use clay litter because that's what's effective and affordable. When I'm changing it out I generally give it a few minutes for dust to settle before I let them at it--someone always wants to make a deposit in the clean box--but there's pros and cons to all the litter options out there.
In a perfect world with infinite resources, I'd be feeding the cats a careful balanced diet of fresh-prepared meats and filtered spring water, and they'd take dumps in a tiny kitty toilet that cleaned itself without my help. But that's not really practical or achievable for me, my life, or my cats, and frankly, it's not necessary. I want them to have a good life. It doesn't need to be a perfect one. If your cat is doing well, and their vet is giving them a clean bill of health, you probably have nothing to worry about. I'm not a professional; you should consult your vet and research options for yourself (which is what I do) but you're not doing anything wrong here.
I will say that when I was going through the process of adopting Mal and Vice, some places (usually private rescues) wanted me to jump through INSANE hoops to even apply. I respect that their hearts are in the right place, but... There are hundreds of kittens in shelters right now that need homes desperately, and the quality of the cat has very little to do with the quality of the rescue--they might have more or less vet work done, depending on where they're coming from, but nobody's managed to fundamentally change the nature of the beast. If you can provide a safe home, food, clean water, and attention to a cat, that's really all they need. The rest is just gravy.

🎀 prioritize your physical and mental health — prioritize your physical and mental health by adopting a balanced lifestyle that includes regular exercise, healthy eating habits, adequate sleep, and stress management strategies. make time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation, and don't be afraid to seek help from friends, family, or professionals when necessary. remember that self-care is critical for overall well-being and resilience when confronted with life's obstacles.
🎀 implement routines — having a routine for everything but having a routine in a few places is good to keep you on track and sets you up for days ahead examples of different routines are reset routines, self-care routines, morning routines, night routines, workout routines and skincare routine — examples of a good morning and night routine are below
morning routine
wake up early: set your alarm for the same time every morning, ideally early enough to give yourself plenty of time before beginning your day.
hydrate: begin your day with a glass of water to help your body rehydrate after a night's sleep.
stretch or exercise: to wake up your body and get your blood flowing, perform a short stretching routine or mild exercise.
breakfast: make and eat a healthy breakfast to nourish your body for the day ahead.
personal care: perform personal hygiene duties like showering, brushing your teeth, and getting dressed.
plan your day: spend a few minutes reviewing your schedule and prioritizing tasks for the day. this can help set the tone and keep you focused.
night routine
wind down: an hour or so before bedtime, begin relaxing activities such as reading, listening to soothing music, or practicing mindfulness or meditation.
unplug: reduce screen time and electronic device exposure at least 30 minutes before bedtime to help your brain prepare for sleep.
reflect: take a few minutes to reflect on your day
prepare for tomorrow: lay out your clothes for the next day, and make any other essential preparations to streamline your morning routine.
relaxation techniques: to assist your body and mind relax before sleeping, try deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation.
bedtime routine: set a consistent bedtime
🎀 take care of your skin — taking care of your skin is an important aspect of self-care and general health. here are some simple actions you may include in your skincare routine: research and determine your skin type and which products and habits will work best for you. there's no need for pricey products! In my experience, it's better to start small and not just waste your money on unnecessary skincare products — an example of a minimal skincare routine is below
cleanser
toner
serum (in my opinion this is optional for me though we all have different skin)
moisturizer
sunscreen
🎀 have an exercise regimen or a means to move your body every day — including daily movement in your routine is essential for sustaining overall health and well-being. just go for something that makes you feel good - I prefer walks and pilates. I advise you not to try and do too much; don't overwhelm yourself. It's better to do something you enjoy so you can keep up with it rather than just stop working out completely because the workout style you choose does not aid your body — so try out different workout styles and choose this can involve
walking
jogging
cycling
swimming
dance
yoga
strength training routines
🎀 have a balanced diet — a balanced diet is essential for good health and well-being. consuming a range of nutrient-dense meals such as fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, and healthy fats supplies your body with the necessary vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. a well-balanced diet aids digestion, boosts energy and improves mood and cognition. overall, eating a well-balanced diet can improve both physical and mental health, resulting in a superior quality of life.
🎀 implement habits that aid your goals into your days — incorporating habits that support your goals into your daily routine is an effective strategy to make progress and achieve success. by incorporating behaviours that directly contribute to your goals into your everyday life, you establish a strong foundation for success and personal growth.

- lash growing serum works!! (I use grande lash)
- rice water / rosemary oil for long silky smooth hair
- ice masks / quartz rollers for your skin: promotes blood circulation & is meant to depuff and reduce inflammation
- cuticle oil for healthy strong nails
- putting a little bit of peroxide in your mouth wash helps whiten your teeth
- men’s after shave to reduce razor bumps
- always brush your tongue first thing in the morning to get rid of any toxins
- hyaluronic acid oral pills enhances its benefits and keeps your skin hydrated & plumped
- getting hair trims every 6 months promotes hair growth by getting rid of the split ends and breakage.
- with skin care, remember mornings are to protect & nights are to repair
- ditch the dairy and sugar if you want clear healthy skin
- remember that your neck and chest are an extension to your face! treat them with protective products as well.
- if you struggle with body hair and are constantly needing to shave, i truly recommend doing laser hair removal. it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, i went from shaving my underarms and bikini area every 3 days to only once a month which helped so much with hyperpigmentation and razor bumps. it’s expensive but totally worth it.
- wrap your hair in a cotton t-shirt place of a towel to prevent breakage and roughness
- castor oil to thicken your eyebrows
- vitamin E brightens scars
- put Vaseline on the areas you want your perfume to stick
- look into the stomach vacuum exercise! performing it daily will help shrink the waist line and tone your abs

How to Achieve Timeless Beauty: 9 Expert Anti-Aging Tips for Youthful Skin!
Ah, the quest for eternal youth! Who wouldn't want to defy the hands of time and keep that youthful glow? Here are nine anti-aging tips that might just help you do that:
Stay Hydrated: Water is your skin's best friend. It keeps your skin hydrated, plump, and helps maintain its elasticity. So, bottoms up!
Protect Yourself from the Sun: Sunscreen is your shield against aging. UV rays can be harsh on the skin, causing premature aging and wrinkles. Slather on that sunscreen, and your future self will thank you.
Eat a Balanced Diet: You are what you eat, and your skin reflects that. Load up on fruits, vegetables, and foods rich in antioxidants. They help combat free radicals and keep your skin looking fresh.
Get Your Beauty Sleep: They don't call it beauty sleep for nothing! Your skin rejuvenates and repairs itself during the night, so make sure to catch those Z's for a radiant complexion.
Say No to Smoking: Smoking is not only bad for your lungs but is also a fast track to wrinkles. It accelerates the aging process, leaving you with fine lines and dull skin. Kick the habit for a youthful glow.
Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize: Dry skin is more prone to wrinkles, so keep it moisturized. Choose a good quality moisturizer that suits your skin type and make it a daily ritual.
Exercise Regularly: Exercise not only keeps your body fit but also boosts circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to your skin. That post-workout glow is not just a myth!
Limit Alcohol Intake: While the occasional glass of wine won't hurt, excessive alcohol can dehydrate your skin and lead to premature aging. So, sip wisely.
Stay Stress-Free: Easier said than done, I know. But stress can wreak havoc on your skin. Practice relaxation techniques, take breaks, and find time for activities that bring you joy.
Remember, it's not about fighting age but embracing it gracefully. These tips are just ways to keep your skin healthy and happy as the years go by. Cheers to aging like fine wine! 🍷

some advice that helped me
-Stick to exercise, but only if you have enough energy for it and it won't harm you. Plus, finding exercise that you enjoy helps a lot
-Track 'daily activity', like grocery shopping or cleaning, you burn more than you'd think, because it's always a little but it adds up. Watch your progress
-Have seggs. If you enjoy it, do it. It's a proper workout and burns lots of calories
-Sometimes give in to your cravings. In a way that if you feel like you need that one piece of chocolate, just eat it. It's better to eat one piece of chocolate than finding some low calorie food for the moment and ending up binging. Better 50cals for chocolate than 3000calories for a binge. But just eat little of it. Every bite will taste the same, so why would you want more?
-Find comfort foods. In best case high volume, high nutrition and low calorie. Fruit and veggies are good, but find ways you enjoy them more. Lots of it has so little calories that your stomach can be full without even 150 calories
-Have metabolism days. For me personally I always lose lots of weight after a metabolism day and if you eat 300cals more than the amount of calories you would need without restriction it won't show if it happens once
-Keep in mind that 1kg=7000cals and 1lbs=3500cals. You won't gain weight as quickly as it feels. If it's water weight it's great, you'll lose it quickly
-Stay hydrated. It gives you so much energy and diet drinks can help with cravings sometimes. Btw non sparkly drinks will not make you feel bloated if you don't chug it down too quickly. Don't be scared it'll make your stomach look big, that's what calories do, not water
-Take Pictures to track your progress. After a while you'll see how much your body changes and it's so lovely to see
-Look at pro ana stuff and thinspo. Keeps up motivation
-If you ate too much for one meal it doesn't matter. Whether you want to exercise after that or just be better tomorrow, don't give up
-Don't you dare to body shame anyone. Don't project your own insecurities onto others
-Take care of hair, nails and skin. I'd recommend rosemary water for hair (helps strengthen it and makes it thicker)
-Stay healthy. Don't get yourself in danger. It'll be fine. Neither doctors nor the people at your funeral would give a damn about whether you're skinny or not, so always be fucking careful. You're beautiful, even if you're struggling at the moment. Just keep your head up and look at how perfect you're getting now
